This is one of those reviews where you really wish you could click negative stars.
THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
It began after the order was placed. Getting them to forward designs back for a customized hat order in a timely fashion was a chore. There attitude was always poor as if they were being put out by doing their job.
The order was scheduled to ship out but a tracking number was not supplied. When we called, the assured us the order had shipped and they would forward the tracking info. 3 calls and a week later, the tracking info was given which shipped a week later than promised.
The box arrived damaged and hats were not shipped in plastic. A portion of the order was missing and the remaining order was smelly and dirty.
Forwarded pictures of everything and requested a credit for shipping and to either have the missing hats replaced or a credit given. No one will return emails or calls.
Would NEVER order from them again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
