This is one of those reviews where you really wish you could click negative stars. THISCOMPANYHASTHEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. It began after the order was placed. Getting them to forward designs back for a customized hat order in a timely fashion was a chore. There attitude was always poor as if they were being put out by doing their job. The order was scheduled to ship out but a tracking number was not supplied. When we called, the assured us the order had shipped and they would forward the tracking info. 3 calls and a week later, the tracking info was given which shipped a week later than promised. The box arrived damaged and hats were not shipped in plastic. A portion of the order was missing and the remaining order was smelly and dirty. Forwarded pictures of everything and requested a credit for shipping and to either have the missing hats replaced or a credit given. No one will return emails or calls. Would NEVER order from them again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
