WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I honestly have NO clue how they stay in business with how poorly they treat their customers.
I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

The sales people are rude and don’t care about customer satisfaction. The owner seems nice, when you get through the obnoxious sales reps. Just be careful, because the have a lot of back orders and will charge your card without authorizing. When you have issues with an order they make you work to get what you want, they don’t care about you.

I did an order of custom hats from this company 2 years ago. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to do a reorder. I’ve emailed the emails I have from them originally and went to the site twice now through the «contact us» feature. No response.
Apparently this company is doing so well, they can’t return an email, no matter how many you send, especially if you’re an existing customer.
Bye bye Hatco or whatever you’re calling yourself. Not only did you lose a customer, you lost a ton of future customers as the other teams in my softball leagues will be getting their hats elsewhere as well.

Buyer beware! They have free shipping codes online, which seemed to be accepted on the order confirmation and checkout since the amount reduced to preshipping amount. Then they charge you shipping on your credit card. They deny they have codes online «you just can’t look online for coupon codes”-seriously? I do it with every online purchase I make! They told me I could return the items and pay shipping both ways to return. Then hung up on me. Dishonest and obnoxious to boot. Not a professional business.
