I was looking for a storage facility and came across an online special for an indoor air conditioned unit for this facility in Heron Bay by Parkland. Cindy was very helpful, courteous, and informative about the details of the facility. She showed me the unit, informed me about insurance, the special lock, and helped me further when I couldn’t get the gate code to work. On another occasion, I had gone to pay in person and the lady sitting behind the desk was also very courteous. All in all, I’ve had a great experience dealing with public storage and its staff. I would recommend this facility (it’s clean) if you are around that area or find a good online special and don’t mind traveling a few miles.
