Best food in Coral Springs! The lettuce wraps are fantastic as an appetizer or a meal. The soups are all great. Staff is upbeat and very kind. Once you eat at Red Ginger you will never go anyplace else.

This place is awesome. It’s become one of our new favorites. My favorite is the sesame chicken, Andrea loves to start with crab Rangoon and Graham wouldn’t miss his hot jasmine tea. Young, energetic wait staff keeps things moving constantly around the restaurant but it doesn’t seem frenzied. Big menu with everything from the usual, basic Chinese entrees to more exotic offerings to sushi; you’ll most assuredly find something you like. Enjoy!

Me and my boyfriend had the duck dish and sushi and was great. We love it and definitely will come back. The lychee martini was great also.

I really love this place!!! The food is affordable, hot and excellent. One side has a bar and the other side is more of a family atmosphere. When I’m there which is at least 2 – 3 times a month I have the shrimp fried rice, some sushi, wings and shrimp tempura! The serving sizes for whatever you order is perfect for 2 people. Can’t beat that!

Thursday My mom and her friend went to Red Ginger restaurant in Coral Springs for lunch when our food arrived it was quite cold so they mentioned it to the waitress she in turn called over the manager who proceeded to ask them if the food was cold when they got it or did it happen because they were talking… Really. He took the food had it zapped in the micro which totally destroyed it and upon return with the plate abruptly put it down on the table and said the food may be colder today because it was cold out. Needless to say They won’t be back anytime soon. Just had to share

Finally found a place the whole family can agree on! I can get Chinese(Wonton Soup delic), Husband can get Sushi, and kids get Thai. My only complaint is how long the food takes. Service is great, but I think the kitchen is slow.

Very crowded a s always on a Saturday night. But this time we were smart and made a reservation! Our waitress was great. Funny and attantive. There were 5 of us. One got Rainbow seafood, the other shredded pork and then the others got 3 different currys. All were delicious. We love this place!!!

I got service by taking matters into my own hands and aggressively asked a server assistant for the Menu, drinks, and had him take my order by loudly saying, «I’m ready.» At least servers were not rolling their silverware in the bar area tonight as occurred two weeks ago. The only free Beer choices for ladies at the bar on a Wednesday night(Ladies’ Night only b/w 8 pm and 9 pm) are: Budweiser and Bud Light. I am trying their sushi rolls. Tonight I had the Hurricane Roll(3 different Fish w/Avocado & Asparagus). Tasty roll with a nice texture due to the asparagus.

I came here the night before and I drove all the way back a second night in a row. I’d divulge the menu and all that but suffice it to say it’s worth coming back here a second straight night. Enough said. Get you butts down here and enjoy their food.

Attempted to order delivery and was told would not deliver when 3.3 miles from restaurant just because of the zip code of my location. If I was able to drive there I would never of called for delivery. Guess I won’t be eating their food. Great way to loose customers.

Nice place. Went on a Friday night and only had to wait a few minutes. The hot and sour soup was perfect. Got a roll roll roll sushi combo that came with 4 pieces each of a California roll, JB, spicy tuna, and salmon, great deal! The BBQ spare ribs appetizer was great, meat falls right off the bone. I also shared a meat entrée that had a BBQ soy teriyaki sauce with all different vegetables that was really good. The lychee martini was delicious too and only $ 8!

Apparently I missed writing a review. This is not your typical Chinese restaurant as the category states«Asian Fusion». You wont get noodles to munch on. No chow mein. Etc. What you will get is quality food. The meats used are nice thick good quality meat; not the fatty mall Chinese food. The taste is delicious. The interior is very clean and roomy. Some tables are in the middle of the the dining room which I do not like; ask for a booth. The staff is friendly. You can get limited Thai and sushi too. This can easily be a staple restaurant but only if you are looking for«Asian» food and not the«typical» Chinese stuff.

I am not from this area and I wasn’t sure about the area, but the restaurant had good reviews on Unilocal.I was not disappointed. Happy hour is popular. The bar area was full when I arrived with customers enjoying $ 5 martinis, $ 4 wines and 2 for 1 beers. The food was excellent with large portions. I order red curry. It came in a huge bowl with plenty to share with friends. There was lots of veggies and meat and they weren’t skimpy on the sauce. I would definitely recommend!

Might just be my new favorite place for Asian cuisine! We showed up around 7 and waited about 20 minutes to be seated, next time we’ll call ahead. Started off with some appetizers. First I ordered the tuna tartar, chopped tuna, scallions, and kimchi. Presentation was great and so was the tuna! Second was the egg rolls, pork and veggies. Came with a sweet sauce that was delicious and some spicy mustard. Another win for Red ginger! Last were the pork dumplings, fried. Those things were great! For a meal the girlfriend got shrimp Lo mein that she said was decent but would opt for sushi next time. I got the Red Ginger roll. Tuna, salmon, white fish, imitation crab, cream cheese avocado, cucumber, inside out with tobiko, masago, and sesame seeds. Loved it! Last was desert, we went with the fried cheesecake and it was great too, I like the cheesecake to be a little colder in the inside so it could have been a little better. Don’t get me wrong though, I still ate my share! :) Last thing, everything was a great price. Will be back for sure!

I was really looking forward to an exceptional meal given all the positive reviews I saw, but I left rather disappointed. The service was very good, by both the hostess and our server; no complaints there. Our meal started off with some hot sake, which came out piping hot. I’ve never had it served that hot before, and had to wait about 5 minutes before I could even pick up the bottle comfortably to pour. I ordered the shrimp tempura to start. It was served with ponzu sauce and scallions, rather than… you know… tempura sauce. I was told by the server that they do not carry tempura sauce, and this is how they serve it here. Odd. My main entrée was the Chirashi Deluxe. I’ve had chirashi many times before, and it is always served in a bowl. However, here it is served on a plate, where the rice is flattened down, and not even in a particular fashion… just pressed tightly down to the plate, making it difficult to eat with chopstick(which I am proficient at). Again, very odd. The rest of the meal was average, but these inconsistencies really took things down a notch for me.

This place was a really great find, and considering I live by the beach it’s a pretty decent drive for me. One thing that sells any business is service, and the 1st time I came here the service was an excellent compliment to their delicious food. Plus the ambiance is welcoming and not rushed. I love their combo Fried Rice, it’s jasmine rice tossed in a wok with all the usual trimmings; smells great. Plates are pretty large so they’re shareable. Their Pad Thai noodles, Crab Rangoons, and Thai calamari are also standout dishes. I think this place is a must, at least once(and then you’ll keep coming for more) if u like Asian Fusion spots. It’s Authentically Delicious, even the fortune cookies :)
