Usually very slow every time I walk in. The food seems overpriced with the portions you receive. I asked for an order of friend rice but when I received it it was overly moist, very salty, they used too much soy sauce and it made me nauseous. I wouldn’t recommend it to others. I’ve had way better.

Alas, my prediction of a very short life for this place came true. This crap hole never had a chance.

I ordered chicken noodles with vegetables. The food was okay but it was a little bit spicy for me. I didn’t know what to order when I walked in the restaurant. The cashier gave me some suggestions. Instead of the fried rice, I ordered noodles with Teriyaki. I liked the cleanliness of the restaurant

Love the concept of this place. It reminded me of Pei Wei a little. Food was delicious and it’s quick. I love the pad tai and I also tried the create your own noodle box last time which I also loved. I definitely recommend this place!

It was my first and last time here. I couldn’t decide on what to order so I ordered a little bit of everything. Thai Noodle Salad, Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, Bang Bang Shrimp, Bao Tacos… I wasn’t kidding about ordering a little of everything. Food was less than average. We literally had a bite of each of the items and threw the rest away. The service was friendly and the place was clean, which warrants the 2-stars. 0-stars for the food… Sorry

Very bright and clean. The staff was super friendly, as they checked on us twice during our meal. I went with the Pad Thai Chicken, next time I’ll have them nix the hard boiled eggs. The serving size was large and the meal was very flavorful and didn’t have a «fast food» taste to it. As someone else mentioned the spring rolls tasted frozen and I’d have to agree, the inside was mushy similar to the ones I cook at home. I’ll be back again, and possibly try the«box».

This place is it is just like a fast food Chinese spot but fresh sort a like a chipotle. I’m not really in to this type of food but it was ok.

Went to the wok box for lunch today after getting a pedicure in that same complex. I called ahead and ordered from the menu that I saw online. I decided to create my own box with Shanghai noodles, grilled chicken, peanuts, bean sprout and veggies. Topped off with the firecracker sauce. Sadly, I wasn’t impressed. The food was bland, the herbs added for garnish looked wilted and the chicken left an awful after taste. I really wanted to like the good because the people were so friendly but I just couldn’t.

I provided the long counter and I designed, built and installed the sneeze guard. I had 1 hour left to complete the job. This is when I was supposed to get paid. The owners Paul Scholtes and Dan Ackerman failed to show up. I put the glass for the sneeze guard in my van for safe keeping. Next thing I know is that Paul called Coral Springs Police Department for stealing the glass. Paul claims that the counter is installed upside down and is not the right color. He uses this excuse to not pay the balance of our contract which is $ 3,144.50. He refuses to meet and discuss over a box of rice. BK at Solid Surfaces

I like the concept of the restaurant but some of the dishes lack luster in the flavors and seasonings. All the dishes are fresh, but taste like an American person«trying» to cook Asian dishes with little experience. I liked the dan dan noodles, but the firecracker noodles were mediocre and the Vietnamese coffee was way too milky and tasted like a latte rather than the real thing. I’m hoping some of the other dishes are better, because I’m not impressed.

Really good, fresh, Asian inspired food. Definitely go with the create your own box. My favorites are the garlic ginger, thai tamarind, and Hong Kong sauces. Oh, and their grilled chicken is soooo good! I also really like the Shanghai noodles. Definitely affordable as well. My only suggestion is to call ahead, as this isn’t your typical fast-food. They make your food fresh to order, so it takes time.

First time here and the staff was helpful in my ordering process. Not too crowded at lunch. Got the BBQ Pork Asian Street Taco. Weird outer«taco» shell. Very doughy and reminded me of white bread folded in two. Inside was nice, spices and tasty.

This place is great. Asian fusion food, mixing Thai, Korean, Chinese and Japanese. We love the spicy kimchee balls and bang bang shrimp appetizers. We usually create our own box which offers something for everyone. The place is nicely decorated and very clean. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding, the proteins are fresh and the noodles and veggies also seem to be fresh and of very high quality. We have also called our order ahead and picked it up to eat at home. Every time we’ve gone there our order has been correct, we have never had cause for complaint. The staff is friendly, not much more to say except that since they’ve opened we have eaten there at least once a week and really enjoy it.

Look this is a hidden gem for Asian food. Clean and service good. The food is really yummy. 2nd time as my 14 year old son loves it I have had the Firecracker and it is perfectly spicy without being overpowering. Will make this a regular stop.

Don’t know what they cooked my food on or it, but it tasted like butane. Had the make your own work box. Noodles, veggies, teriyaki sauce. Awful. Spring rolls were good. Staff pleasant. Homeless person with feet as black as soot sat two tables away. That was it for me. Not sure if I would return.

This place needs a lot of work — however, they made an effort! Can’t say that about a lot of established places. Service: Very friendly and. Well they just tried. Had a server apologize a couple of times for the slowness. The servers were constantly on the floor asking how things were going and just helping out. We did wait for over 25 minutes for all our food to show up. Food: we decided to order three dishes between the two of us. We got a Firecracker noodle dish with chicken — chicken was very bland in comparison to the rest of the bowl — but the bowl wasn’t bad– average at best. We also got Bam Bam noodle bowl. It’s was very nice of the cashier to warn us of the spicy level before we ordered. It was spicy, however the noodles were not fully cooked. Give both of these dishes were to have the Shanghai noodles, you would swear they were different noodles. They last dish was the BBQ Pork Asian Street Taco. Honestly the worst pork bun I’ve ever had. I would rather eat the street. Do not order this. This place is new — so you have to give them a little time to work everything out. I may try them again if I’m in the area. Last item — Saturday night at 7pm — PLENTY of seating. So, there’s that…

I went in tonight for dinner to check out this establishment. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. The staff were very friendly as well. I ordered the pad thai combo with spring rolls, kids honey chicken and the bang bang shrimp. Out of the three my favorite was the bang bang shrimp. It had a little kick to it and it was crispy. The spring rolls tasted like they were frozen and then fried. It didn’t taste bad but you could tell the rolls were not homemade. As for the pad thai noodles it was not my favorite dish. I’ve had pad thai in the past but this dish had more of a ginger flavor. I’ll give it to Wok Box for providing a good amount of Shrimp but this dish didn’t do justice for me. The place reminds me a bit of Pei Wei. There’s definitely room for improvement.

First I will say this is a brand new place. And my 3 star is slightly closer to a 2.5 star rating. Reason being is quality. They have the right ingredients, they have a manager and employees that are super pleasant. The bang bang shrimp was decent, only thing there is its over priced. Obviously Bonefish Grill’s BBS is 400% more shrimp same price. I had the Dan Dan. Warning this is spicy. Now hey that was a pretty good dish. My wife had an orange chicken with brown basmati rice. The rice was hard and short grain for«basmati» … odd If I go again I’ll try the tacos. If you wonder why I presented 3 stars instead of 2 since I rate a 2.5 is because of customer service and cordiality. They were very accommodating and professional.

After my review I was invited back by the regional manager Clay who was very friendly with me and explained that on that day he tried the noodles after I left and threw them out they were so bad. Clay told me the supplier did not deliver the proper noodles and they had to get noodles from another supplier and they were of very poor quality and he assured me when I come back next time we will be very happy so today I took him up on that offer. We placed our order and repeated it to the lady taking the orders 3 times and her asking questions that confused her own self I then thought she maybe was having a hard hearing me so I pointed to the picture on the sign that was on the wall next to her. That still didn’t help our order came to us wrong and missing our appetizer. Every single thing we tried just didn’t taste good the manager tried his best he even cooked the missing ingredients and brought them over to our table and still didn’t improve the taste of anything. I don’t think this place will stay in business very long.

I went here for takeout on one of this New Restaurant’s opening nights about 4 nights ago. I understand that this is a Canadian outfit. I ordered the Singapore Cashew w/Chicken meal that was pictured on the Wall with rice … ordered it for takeout to eat at work the next day. At work I noticed mine did not come with rice, sauce(soy, for example) or chopsticks. Today I went for lunch with a friend and ordered a Vegetarian noodle(cold noodles) dish. If I go again I will order Rice. My friend’s meal today was with Brown Rice(healthier). Today we both had Vietnamese Iced coffees and Watermelon Waters with chunks if watermelon in our waters! A very hospitable employee who talked with us at our table is named Gene. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee & Watermelon-infused water is worth trying!
