Best thing I did today– Thanksgiving Day– was to call Sprint customer care(NOT this actual store). I love how Sprint values my many years of business with it by referring to me as a Loyalty customer. I had questions about my cellular & GPad(a tablet offered by Google/Android that is similar to Apple’s iPad) and the customer care representative listened and explained/educated and even had a surprise up her sleeve for me saying«I just want you to be happy.» I highly recommend that others do business with Sprint and if you are looking to make a Holiday cellular purchase I can honestly recommend Sprint for your Holiday shopping.

The wait at this location is long! So go with plenty of time. I was in to replace a phone my son lost, and I found that there really isn’t many options if you need to replace a phone but have no insurance or a contract renewal. I would up paying $ 160 for an old phone, that may or may not last until the next contract. Service was average, but the wait it’s what killed me.

Great customer service! Added a 5th line to my account, spent less than 30 minutes. Fernando Gonzalez — Store Manager was helpful and offered different options and cool accessories priced to buy. Way to go!

I wish I could give negative stars for how poor the service is at this store. I walked up to the counter and Arch the sales rep was on his personal cell phone using a headphone and I was explaining what I wanted to do with my phone, he continued his conversation with«Angel» and then hung up, and asked me «okay so what did you want to do today» umm wth was I talking to myself for the last 2 minutes. So I had to reiterate what I said and he acted like he was assisting me BUT he didn’t know my name or phone number because he didn’t ask! TURNSOUTTHEASSHOLE was still on his damn personal call! I stood there for 5 minutes, wondering why didnt he ask for my phone number so how could he be pulling up my account. And the other two employees just stood there lounging around with no attempt to help. I ended up walking away and he didn’t even utter an apology! This store needs to be shut down if they can’t offer any help to actual customers! And the worse part is, he was the manager. Who can I complain to because this is ridiculous?

I haven’t gotten great service. The staff is usually uninviting. Talking amongst themselves. Seeming like they wish they didn’t have to talk to you. even when I called the woman I spoke to that didn’t give me her name was talking to me and someone else at the same time. I had no idea whose questions she was answering. A lot of time I would see the staff playing on their phones and not being attentive to the customers.
