Sublicious

Stopped by Sublicious last Friday to reclaim my dukedom from Mxxxxa K. Despite there being 18 people ahead of me, I was able to complete my order and cash out in less than 12 minutes.

Best sub shop around! Hand carved meats and cheeses, delicious bread, an array of topping and FAST service. The staff can really crank those subs out! They also make awesome smoothies. It was the one craving I had during my pregnancy that I continue to love three years later. Love this place!

The employees here were not very helpful for my first visit. Actually, they were just downright rude. I felt quite confused by them, it was like I wasn’t sure if they were supposed to being rude as a gimmick, such as at Dick’s Last Resort or they just had no customer service skills.
I brought my sub back to my hotel room since I did not want to deal with them any longer. I opened it up and it looked delicious. As much as I wanted to dislike the sandwich because of the rude service I couldn’t. My Turkey Club was great, the wheat bread was amazing and really made the sandwich.
Knowing what I am in for and what the sandwiches are like I would still go back or maybe at least have someone pick me up some food from there.

This used to be my go-​to sub place when I used to go to Disney quite a bit from the Weston area. Quick on and off from Sawgrass and not too terribly busy. Delicious sandwiches, and if memory serves me correctly, they have Zapp’s chips, which are scrumptious. Yummm. I recommend.

Watch out Jimmy John’s! Great people, super friendly and helpful! Even the customers were awesome. I’ll be back for sure!

One of my favorite sun places. Love the bread and the meat. They use all Boars head, good quality. Expect a wait whenever you go but it’s ok because it’s totally worth it. Their smoothies are way good also

I feel like a buffalo chicken breast sub with a strawberry smoothie tonight and this is the only place that make both for me the way I like. Simply delicious subs are always great there!

Excellent subs!!! Fresh sliced cuts and veggies on great bread. Everyone in the place was extremely nice! The manager came over and chatted for a bit. All three of us really enjoyed our food and trip. I would definitely go out of my way to eat at this place!

Lunchtime staff today was friendly, patient, helpful and paying attention. My daughter had a delicious fruit smoothie and loved it. I had the tuna salad (salad platter). The lettuce was perfectly fresh and I had my choice of many toppings/​add-​ins. The tuna itself was good, nothing spectacular and nothing to complain about. I was really impressed with how fresh the salad ingredients were. No brown spots or questionable appearances. As an added bonus, the cashier was able to give me change without complaining. Sounds simple but… Overall a great lunch!

The subs here are delicious! Their bread is soft and flavorful, and the sandwich meats and toppings are fresh as tasty. I am only awarding this restaurant three stars because the service, while friendly, is not always prompt or well organized. Inconsistency is the name of service here. I have been here on several occasions, and today’s lunch service was particularly inefficient. I waited in line for many minutes before being acknowledged, and people who arrived after me received their subs before me. I ordered a smoothie at the very beginning of my order and heard the employee call to her coworker to start making it, yet when I (finally) arrived at the register, they were blending a smoothie for someone who had arrived well after me. I was so disappointed with service! While I truly enjoy their subs, I will not return for a «quick lunch». Subway is literally across the street, and their service seems a lot quicker! On a final note, the super-​high counter at Sublicious makes it impossible to really see your sub being made or the add-​ins for your sub. While they have little cards with a list of add-​ins, I admit that not being able to see the ingredients that get put in my subs makes me a little hesitant. I am unsure if I’ll be returning.

I’m not a big fan of Subs, since most of the subs I’ve had were pretty low quality and turned me off.
But, I had a taste for a Roast beef sandwich and decided to give Sublicious a try. I was duly impressed. Everything was fresh, but more importantly to me, the meats weren’t prepped and sliced ahead of time. I watched them take the beef out of the cooler, slice it and weigh it (and it was a substantial portion) in front of me.
The bread was fresh and tasty. The toppings were bountiful and no nickel and diming for a little extra topping.
Sublicious made me a believer that there still are good, fresh sub sandwiches out there, and can be reasonably priced.
I’ve been back a couple of times, and looks like I’ll be back even more often.

We get subs here all the time and they are quick, the bread is really good, and they have quality meat and toppings. My daughter loves their chicken salad wrap the best. My other daughter loves their meatball sub. Outside of that we always get turkey or roast beef subs.

If I could rate this place a 6 out of 5 I would. I am NOT a native south Floridian but I lived for a while in New Jersey/​New York where I had my share of good sandwiches. This place is amazing. The meat is fresh, bread is amazing, and the cost is just right. There is also tons of seating with access to the soda machine. My husband eats here once weekly. This is a great place for a quick sandwich, please don’t bother going to subway or any big chain. I hate to say it but this place beats la spadas by a long shot.

Great subs and super fast! I started coming here pretty regularly because I work nearby. They are much quicker than the Publix deli that’s in the same shopping center. They slice the meat fresh so there are way more options than Publix. I know Publix says they’ll cut any meat for you but if you ask for it you’ll get a major eye roll! But not here! Personally, I love their tuna and I’m very picky about tuna. One tip if you like a decent amount of any topping, ask for extra. Aside from lettuce the toppings are pretty light.

The tuna used to be much better. They must have changed the quality of the tuna.

Moved here from Chicago and was in search of a good sub… This was amazing!
Very friendly staff, said hello the second I opened the door and have a great weekend upon leaving.
Ordered the new italian sub for me and a hot pastrami for the hubby. He said his was awesome and I devoured only half of mine as it is a gynormous sub!
Definatley will be back!

Love their Tuna melts extra onions and Mustard ! My boyfriend and I are regulars here and the staff is always friendly and quick!

Huge subs, great quality meats and always a friendly staff. I’ve been eating here since they opened and only cheat with a Publix sub every once in a while, I love them so much.

This is my favorite sub place in town! I have been coming here ever since I moved to Parkland and have never been disappointed. Tip: so you feel like a regular, when ordering a sandwich, go in the following order:
1. 8″ (small) or 12″ (large)?
2. white or wheat bread?
3. Toasted or not?
4. Mayo or mustard?
5. Meat that you want? (All are freshly sliced))
6. Any cheese?
7. Toppings? (There is a sign on the counter with all their toppings)
*get the lunch combo, which is a fountain drink and bag of chips for $ 1.99 extra.
Note: my regular order is 12″, wheat (not toasted), mayo, turkey and swiss with sweet peppers, olives red wine/​vinegar and fresh pepper… perfect every time!
Not in the mood for a sandwich, try their smoothies… they are delicious !
