I decided to come here to this location today, in search of hasbro Marvel legends action figures. my first impression of this place was WOW it looks nice on the outside and probably due to the size of this building it should be stocked very well… WRONG, i walk in here and no employees are around besides the ones working the cash registers and the others are hanging around the front as well. when i finally find the action figure aisle their shelves were damn near empty of these particular items. i then look around abit more and find some Neca brand toys and there were only small shelf area of a limited stock as well… it’s become very apparent that toys r us stores are really starting to lack the newest items and simply just have shelvess stocked up, and to actually have employees around that are available to assist… i think i’ll have to just stick to the internet buying and also cruising to wal marts and targets for these items…

It was crazy this particular day! Christmas it’s coming to town, and we all head up to Toys R’ Us! I came in looking for a specific toy, but I didn’t find it. Brings me back to the days I was looking for that Buzz Lightyear toy!!! Can’t really blame them for not having it. The place was messy, and sales associates we short and curt, but I don’t this this time of year is a good point of reference to write an accurate review of the place. I will update after the holidays if needed. Ive never been to this location before, it is located in Coral Springs on the corner of Sample and Turtle drive, all by itself, which is a good thing since they don’t share a parking lot with anyone. It’s big, but like I said a bit unorganized, I’ll definitely be back after the holidays and evaluate my review on an average day rather than the craziness of the holidays.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Customer service people are incompetent and most of the employees working the cash registers are must be so miserable they are extremely rude to customers. I will never come back to this baby’s r us. And now that I think about it they shouldn’t be working at a kids store.

Surprised it only has 2 stars. The staff here is great! I have bought almost all my things for my girls here. They even helped me install the car seat for my first born! Because I was clueless. They were especially amazing last week when I went in to buy my daughters birthday gift! They went to the back pride matched and even took a buy buy baby coupon! All with a big smile which is hard to come across… Even though they were busy! They even helped me to my car. And yes I know all these things are part of their job but a lot of retail employees won’t offer and even less with a smile! So I give them a thumbs up! Love coming here. . Ps. Yes sometimes on weekends they are very busy and the lines maybe be long but that’s to be expected. As long as the service is to par I don’t make a big deal.

Big waste of time. No one to help you in the store. And barely any toys on the shelf.

Just no. I went in this evening to pick out a present for a baby shower. The mom to be was registered here. I had pulled up the registry on my phone, but wanted to try to print out the in store version, thinking it would tell me what was in stock at this particular store. The registry machine wasn’t working correctly, and there was no one in sight to help, so I returned to my phone. After about ten minutes of searching and playing with the instore pickup option on my phone(while in store mind you) I gave up and headed to grab a gift card. Most of the items she wanted weren’t in stock here and I figured she would rather have the money to buy what she really wanted. I assumed the gift cards would be near the register, but as I approached I saw two registers open, each with a line 8 – 10 customer long. At his point I simply gave up, exited through the entrance, and went to Publix to purchase the same Toys R Us gift card with no wait. I am a little angry that they will still be getting my money after their horrible customer service, but I will for sure be recommending the mom to be spend her gift card online in the comfort of her home.

Called to confirm that an item I located online was indeed in-stock before making the journey to the west side of town to pick it up. Item number in hand, I spoke with three different people in trying to accomplish this. Total call time including«holding»: 11 minutes. The lady did say she would leave one for me at guest services, and off I went. She did have one ready and waiting for me, but I noticed the packaging(box) looked a bit worn down, so I asked where I could find the rest of them. I was directed«straight» to the back corner of the store«where all the baby items are.» Yep, there were baby items there, however, not the item I requested. I asked another employee where my item was located, and he told me to go around and toward the front of the store. On my way there, I passed guest services. Interesting. There they were; I chose one of the four boxes that weren’t dinged up, and back to guest services I went. The clerk began to ring up my purchase, asking if it was a gift registry item to which I responded«yes.» As I swiped my credit card, I asked her if she would mark it off as purchased on the registry, and she said yes, and I had to cancel out the transaction while she did this. Hmmm … wasn’t she the one who asked in the first place, and then didn’t take the aforementioned action? I deliberated about this final action, but decided to go ahead and see what kind of response I would get: I kindly mentioned the product was actually located just to her left, about 2 aisles down. She quickly responded, in full defense mode, «yes, that’s what I said, straight back.» Hmm, ok. I will not come back here again. Note to self: never bind friends to a registry so that they can choose to take their business elsewhere when customer service really pushes the patience level to the max. That’s all folks.
