In the short amount of time I was here, the employee behind the counter, who was quite possibly the owner, made it known that he was annoyed and made it a point to provide some of the worst customer service. Telling me my address is wrong because it doesn’t show up in his computer system, messing up the packaging, put in the wrong phone number… I don’t even want to say anymore as this guy just went out of his way to be as irritating and unpleasant as possible. At least the rest of the staff didn’t have their heads up their asses like this particular gentleman. So I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1. EDITTORESPONSE: I was at the front of the store, but I’m not deaf nor blind. Rolling your eyes, huffing and puffing, and getting visibly agitated because you were asked to do something else, like change the phone number back because you left the wrong one in and told her«you can change it next time» is not being helpful. Sorry you were having a bad day, but that frustration should not be directed towards the customer.

Terrible terrible terrible! I never leave Unilocal comments, but today’s debacle absolutely called for a review. I am a small business owner new to the area that needed to ship out product for Mother’s Day. The owner decided to pack my packages for me, which at first was appreciated, until it was discovered the charge to ship was over $ 300. The service was declined, but he still wanted to charge me for his boxes and«all the time» he used to help. I no longer wanted any of his boxes or product at this point and he blamed the customer for not asking for shipping prices first. I get it, it should have been asked, but it wasn’t ask and as the owner, it should have been your duty to inform the customer that«hey this is going to be a hefty charge» before all of your«time and energy» was poured into this task that wasted BOTH our time. At the end of the day your $ 300 shipping charge turned out to only be a $ 20 charge with USPS. Unethical scammer and you should be reported to the BBB and the UPS corp execs.

Great customer service. There are many of these facilities in and around town, but Stan and his team gp above and beyond the regular scope of customer service!
