What do you do when it’s 11PM, you need something notarized by your friend who is going to be in FL for about 24 hours, working and has just landed in Fort Lauderdale… You call Alan, notary extraordinaire.
Alan didn’t think twice about taking my call well after business hours, saying yes to an unknown time when my friend could get there and even agreed to print the document out for us, notarize it and to send us both soft and the hard copy. The guy even went to Fed Ex on our behalf to overnight the hard copy so we would have it, since my friend had to fly out early the next day. He even went outside to wait for my friend so he would be able to easily find Alan at his condo for the late night notarization!
Prices were completely reasonable given the circumstances. I can’t say enough about Alan and Notary Services.

So, I live in CA. I entered into a legal contract with a dear friend about 2 months ago. Turns out we’re missing a document needed for the final shebang that is on schedule for Friday. Did I mention that it’s Tuesday night now, and dear friend is in FL on business until Sat. Ack!
I need a FedEx with the original in my hand on Thursday so the neckties can check their boxes in advance of Friday. That means all of this has to be done tomorrow, even though dear friend is in meetings all day.
So, so, so happy I found Alan of Notary Services of Pompano Beach!!!
He was calm, cool, and so very helpful! It’s 11pm in FL (sorry to keep you up Alan), and he still took the time to PDF a copy of the notarized doc to me so I could at least get the ball rolling here in CA. He is even taking the original to FedEX tomorrow and sending it me priority overnight. All for a small and very fair fee that equals so much peace of mind. What a life saver!
