Q Nails

At first this place was really great. I was really happy with them. But the last experience just completely turned me off on them forever. I went there and got Linda. I asked her to cut my nails. She refused by saying «next time.» I said no, I want them cut this time. She said, «No next time, they’re fine. We’re busy.» I don’t care that you’re that busy. I’m glad you’re busy, that place is ALWAYS busy. I am the customer, and I would like my nails cut THIS TIME. They’re not fine for me. I NEED them short. She refused and continued to work on my nails. By this point I was already frustrated and just wanted to get out of there. I waited an hour to get my nails done, and then this woman refuses to cut my nails like I asked. I’m sorry, but that does not sit well with me. They are too long for me. And they are catching on everything because she wouldn’t cut them. I will not be a returning customer. I will go else where.

One of the best places i have been to! Not the greatest area. But don’t let that fool you! This place is amazing!
