I have tried many nail salons around the area, from Middle Island to Port Jefferson, and I keep coming back here to Maple Nails. They are fantastic. Please do not let the outer décor fool you. This place is top notch. The staff is friendly. The owners will always offer you water or tea when you arrive. And give you a free a holiday gift around Christmas. This place is fantastic!

Port Jefferson Station, NY
I have been going here for almost three years. Very rarely am I unsatisfied. I never make an appointment, and rarely do I ever wait more then 10 minutes.
The pedicures are great~ especially if you get the right technician.
I get acrylic fill-​ins every 2 weeks, and they always look great and last the 2 weeks (sometimes even longer)
My best friend gets her eyebrows done, and they do superior work there.
I’m always offered water/​tea when I go.

This place is fantastic! Whenever I’m in the area and need my nails done I go here. Do not let the exterior décor fool you. They are amazing! They do excellent jobs and are very friendly. Every time I go there the owner hands me a water and welcomes me.

Have been a few times now. Last two visits not happy at all. I went for reg pedi and mani. Only got pedi… It looks like I did them myself… toe nails not straight, polish on my toes. She did two coats of polish but not the whole nail and clear coat not on all of my nails as well. Not sure if new owners but not the same service.
And I was there when they were cleaning the pedi tubs… ewwww so gross looks like they don’t clean on a regular schedule.

The staff here are pleasant and accommodating. I’ve come here for a basic manicure as well as glittery uv gel and the service and technique are equally good. The prices are about average for the area. Owners are onsite and are very gracious. Ask for Ava if you’re planning on having a set of uv gel or acrylics placed. All of the staff are proficient at eyebrow waxing and/​or threading as well.

San Diego, CA
I’ve been to nail salons in many places across the US but this is by far my favorite. The owner is always there with a smile, offering a water or tea and handing out small gifts at Christmas time. All the choices are spelled out on the wall with times and how long your massage will be. They don’t charge extra to remove dead skin and they have never tried to up sell me. Every time I’m on Long Island I make sure to stop in for a pedicure!
