The problem is that the cars are never really clean. About half the time I take them to a car wash the day I pick them up. The other half of he time I have to at least clean the inside front and rear glass. I had a low tire this year that had to be replaced which caused me a four hour delay. Same thing happened last year and I had to add air myself. Three or four times there was no or very low fluid for the windshield washer. I doubt they do much of an inspection before renting.

I have tried to give this location my business several time over the years but they are consistently and unapologetically rude. They do not like to answer any questions and give you attitude if you have more than one. No business is going to be perfect, but this location does not try to accommodate their customers at all. They Do Not Deserve Your Money!

This place is great. It’s convenient for me which is a huge plus, but the staff are wonderful too. Any time I’ve gone here, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Their rates are really affordable too, it starts off at something like $ 30/​day or something. A bonus too is this is one of the few places in Memphis that will let you rent a car without a credit card. You just have to bring in a current bill showing proof of address and that there’s no past due balance, and you’re set. No crazy hoops to jump through or anything.

The team is always polite and professional. I rent from this store 1 – 2 times a month and wouldn’t rent from another company. They always treat their customers with respect and will go out of their way to help everyone.
The only downside is the turnover of staff. This is a downside for me, but a great thing for their team members. Many of them move on for better opportunities within the company.

The vehicle I was given smelled so strongly of deodorizer that it was almost undriveable. Limited business hours prevented me from trying something different but I don’t think it would have made a difference as they likely clean all their cars this way. Suffering from headaches every day and the sickening smell permeates my clothes. While the office staff were friendly and efficient, I would not want to rent from this agency again.

After being sandwiched in a 4 car wreck at a stop sign (no, this is not a plug for Corey B. Trotz) I have been forced out of my car and into a rental. Enterprise has been really good throughout the whole ordeal (So far, 2 weeks in)
Granted, they didn’t have the price range of car that I was eligible for when I got my first car, but was told I could trade it in for something better whenever. I have an out-​of-​town event this weekend that will require some travel, so I took my current car in to trade.
Well, there wasn’t anything available in my allotted price range, but guess what? For the trouble I was put through, I was upgraded to a larger vehicle that was (bonus!) brand spanking new. Drive-​out tags are still on it and it’s still got that coveted new car smell. I am definitely a happy customer. Top notch service at this location.
