Arby’s

Disclosures: I worked for Arby’s and ran this market 20 years ago. I built this store, staffed it and oversaw the management team. Two months after opening this was one of the top three restaurants in the system. I doubt it is in the top twenty anymore but as area fast food goes it still puts out decent food.
We normally go thru drive thru and the food and service has been good compared to other area stores. My wife likes Turkey Rueben but thinks it could use a little more sauerkraut. I usually get a regular roast beef and appreciate that they still toast the bun.
We have had an issue lately with the curly fries being broken up. I suspect they are being abused in the frozen state prior to being cooked.
I am giving it a full four stars because I know first hand just what a tough job it is to deliver consistent quality with such a wide range of menu items.

Its arby’s…but the new smokehouse brisket was awesome. Friendly service and even though the soda trap was filled with water and they were out of brisk green tea, everything was really good.

The staff is friendly, but this restaurant is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. Many of the tables are chipped, most of the booth benches are completely worn. The high chair strap we used for my son was broken. Also noticed the ceramic tile flooring border needs to be replaced. The only thing that looks current are the light fixtures.

I have always loved going to this place when I’m in Bartlett. Now sometimes you may have to wait to get your order through if you dine in but usually it’s worth the wait. The employees are usually nice and give a warm greeting when you come inside their restaurant. More businesses should do that.
