I went in and did an app for a bedroom set and other furniture. Cliff informed me that the quote was good for 60 days, However, when I went in to get ready to pay, he informed me I needed to do another credit app cause time had passed… even though it did not. The crazy part is that I had communicated with him several times that week and he never informed of this until I got TO the location. Yes I drove TO the location(which I do not live close to.) I then talked with the Asst Store manager and I can tell why she is not the STORE manager overall because she had no customer service skills at all. Just kept saying something about«paper work downtown» and she«doesn’t think her sales associate would do something like this.» Oh and don’t speak to Linda with any questions you may have in general(when I began calling the first time.) She was the typical woman who has issues of her own and brings them to work. Horrible attitude. Horrible professionalism. Horrible customer service on this entire location! Do you want to sell the furniture or not? This is not something people just come to buy every day so I suggest you try harder to make the sales.

Now supposedly I’m getting a whole new bedroom group on ¼/13. After two months of waiting on my bed frame to be deliver. They discontinue that item. They did give my a 1500 upgrade from my current furniture for free. I might return back to the store to buy my new recliners after this mess is over.
