Every Gamestop I have ever seen has been almost identical. The big difference to me is the service which reflects the management of the location. I am not big on games but my kids are so I have, on occasion, really gotten into some of the games. When I am done with it, what else am I going to do with them. I love that I can bring them here, get at least a little bit for them, and pick up the next thing that I can get into with the kids. Here, the service is fairly decent. They have always been polite and gave me decent service when asked. They don’t seem to go out of their way and ask too many questions even when no one else is in the store, but if you ask, you will get good service. Therefore, I give them an A-OK.

Every time I go in this location they are rude and every time I ask them a question they don’t even look at me while they give me a short answer. I’m so sick of gamestop all together I doubt I’ll be buying games from them from now on.

If you have been in 1GS than you have been in all. No locations are very big. It ALWAYS smells like prepubecent tween sweat because you have a bunch of kids running around with parents in their buying them games. Really the place is full of nerds. But the staff is knowledgable as always. They try and offer some deals which would be good if you are in there all the time but if not pass up on em. they are not worth it.

I’m not even the«Gamer» in my house but I really enjoy coming to this Game Stop. I feel like a kid in an arcade and I want to take time to see all the really cool game stuff they have displayed and playing on the TV screens in the store. My son absolutely played the MW2 so much that the disk couldn’t be read anymore so I ran it in to see if they could buff out any scratches or help me. Not only did they help, but went above and beyond to get me a new game and explain the«Protection Plan» that is only few bucks extra on any game that you buy from them. I like the ability to «Pre Order» games and having them send out a few simple reminders of when the game is in. I’ve never felt spammed or over run with Game Stop emails either. Service is another reason for the 5 star rating. It’s not the hurry up «drive threw» window service with attitude or the unknowing«I’ll get to you when I can» service that you can get at the big retail stores. Every Game Stop employee is knowledgeable and can answer your questions even if your just a NEWB. But this great service does require some patients on your part because they give each customer time and there is often a line.
