I’ve driven by this donut many any times during the week when it wasn’t «donut eating time» so I was pumped when I finally drove past it on a Sunday morning on my way to Lowes and stopped in.
This donut shop is not a chain. It has an ok variety of donuts to choose from and some biscuit options as well. I got an egg and sausage biscuit, which was on a honey butter biscuit. It was good but I wish they were made to order instead of pre-​made and kept warm. I split a giant cinnamon roll donut with my husband and that was yummy.
The atmosphere needs some work. Next time I’d take my donuts to go.

Grabbed 3 dozen donuts for my cross country team on a Thursday morning early. I was in an out in no time and the lady at the counter was very friendly.
Sadly, the donuts were good too! ;)

It is a quaint little donut shop tucked away in a shopping center. I had heard so much about it but in the end it fell short. Not bad but even though I live less than 5 minutes away from Jody’s donuts, I drove the 25 minutes to Gibson’s on Mendenhall. No comparison.

Supposedly, there are 3 donut shoppes at this address, but it’s really only Jody’s.
There are a couple of superior individual donuts at other places, like a hot & fresh Krispy Kreme glazed or a Gibson’s Maple-​Bacon, but, across the board???
Jody’s is the best!
Go! Eat! Tell them I sent you!
