Subway

still a terrible experience. There cold cut meat was brown. They continuously have mayo all over the knife when they cut sandwiches; therefore you will have mayo on your sandwich.

I was really excited to use the subway drive thru up until I met several of its incompetent employees. We ordered 3 diff sandwiches with 3 diff drinks and chips. What we got was a messed up order. I ordered a footlong and I got a 6 in. Each of the chips came in diff bags — not with the our ordered sandwiches. When I told them they gave me a 6 in instead of a footlong they asked for the 6 in back and then preceded to hand it two other employees before handing it back to me. In addition they charged me the diff instead of going our bad «we will comp you.» Also the lady that took my order forgot what I ordered with the original sandwich in her hands. Customer service was a mess!!! :(. Highly unsatisfied. I believe the employees need retraining. No telling how many food service violations they made with passing our sandwiches between 3 incompetent employees. Will not advise to ever go through their drive-​thru. Will not go back to this subway!!!
