Don’t bother to order ahead, they don’t start on your order until you get there. While I was there waiting the staff were telling walk ins that they’re super behind and it’ll be 45 minutes if they places an order hoping they’d walk out. Food is good though.

I wish I can give them 0 starts they are really stupid and ignorant I went there and they had a full conversation Infront of me for 10 minutes before greeting me or asking what I would like and when they finally did all they said was «HOLD UP» then told me to wait 30 minutes on my food then said oh your foods coming up now then said oh wait another 15 minutes I was there over an hour that gives them 2 hours to make 15 wings and still couldn’t do it and was very rude. Never coming back.

WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I have been buying from them for 9 years and I placed and order today (on NYE) at 6:20pm and their system told me it would be ready at 6:43pm. Knowing that they would probably be busy, I gave extra time. I got there about 7:10. When I got there I was informed that they were extremely behind and it would be another 45mins. So I agreed and told them I would return (as others were doing). So I call back at 7:50pm and whoever answered the phone answered with the nastiest attitude and said they were not giving order statuses over the phone and that they closed at 8pm. I told him that the woman upfront asked me to return in 45mins, but he didn’t care and said that they were closing at 8. Common courtesy would have been to at least call the people who add already placed orders or at least tell people that they were closing at 8. But if this is how they are treating customers now, you’ve just lost a 9 year customer.

I wasn’t expecting to hear the wait for the wings were almost 30 minutes, but after eating one they are pretty good. The staff was okay. I noticed customers mentioning stuff missing from their bag (like sides or dressings) so much sure you check your bag before you get home. They do 50 cent wings and I went with the 20 count boneless wings. Unfortunately they don’t come with celery, carrots, or ranch. Or maybe they do. And they forgot to put them in, haha.

I stopped going here!!! Horrible!!! They had a manager a few years ago named Jermaine & he made sure every Oder was perfect!!! We would go there at 2 – 3 times a week!!! Now I won’t go near this place customer service is dreadful & they refry the wings!!! I used to love the beans now they are not good at all!!! Last visit the girl working front counter said «I don’t eat these people beans because at the end of the night they just mix what is left with the beans for the next day» that was enough for us to find another wing spot

The customer service at this location has steadily declined over the last few months. Although the food is great, the customer service is a shitty mess. The African American females ALWAYS are the worst with their attitudes. Not to mention, they stand in the kitchen area and cook while wiping their hands on their jeans instead of getting a towel. Today I visited and ordered my usual. The lady charged me for a roll instead of celery. So… the rude female from the kitchen brings my celery and tells the cashier to ring me up for another roll to make up the difference. I advised her I was not charging my credit card for $.60. She went on to ask, «You don’t have any change in your car?» Like it’s her damn business what’s in my car. And, as it if the cashier hadn’t stated that it was her error. She had to audacity to get down w/​me about $.60 when I’ve eaten there five times in the last six days. Needless to say, I left the celery and today was my last day visiting. I don’t care how great the food is, I don’t do bad customer service at all. They can keep that.

We placed a large order online at 1pm for 5:30pm pickup. Received a confirmation email that the order was received. When we got to the store they said they did not get an order for us online and said they were busy but if we wanted to place another order it would be a 30 minute wait. Staff said their online booking process doesn’t work all the time. Staff were rude and acted very indifferent to our situation. No service recovery attempt at all.

Not much of a fan of bone-​in wings but the wings here are fairly good. There crispy then sauced. I like there Atomic sauce. It’s not as hot as it sounds. I also like there boneless wings with garlic parmesan. Fries are seasoned well and always hot. Never had bad service but only have been a few times. Out of those times service was attentive and friendly.

The wingstop on Winchester is better all around! My 1^st time at this location I ordered over the phone & the guy seemed slow, new, or high. Then when I go to pick it up I’m pretty sure they were high. I’ve give them a second chance to redeem themselves & the service was better.

I have never been much of a fan of wings since there just isn’t much chicken. However, we tried them when they first opened in Cordova and we have been big fans ever since. The business is privately and the owner and all his crew are the best in town. They have a secret spice for their fries and their home-​made ranch dressing is perfect! Definitely give them a try and you will become a fan!

These are the worst wings I’ve ever had. I also tried the East Memphis Location and the Southaven location each location has failed me everyTime. I can say this, the homemade French fries are outstanding. The name should b Wing shit instead of Wing Stop

Good food and great service. I can’t complain. Cajun wings and fries. You can’t go wrong.

Gotten takeout a couple of times and it has been great. My favorite are the Garlic Parmesan wings!

AMAZING honey barbecue wings I love it and their sides and boneless wings are amazing.

Been here once for a call in order to go. Great.service. Food was good. The fries are the best. Have tried potato salad but didn’t like, it had onions. But everything else is good.

This review is based on the customer service i received. I called in an order for carry out. I was told the order would be ready in 13 minutes. When i arrived at the restaurant, 15 minutes had passed. My order wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 25 minutes. I finally received my order. I drove home and opened the bag. My order was wrong. I called in and spoke with the manager and he advised me to come back so the order could be corrected. I drove back and it wasn’t ready. I decided to get a full refund. Poor service.

This place is actually really good. The wait is well worth it for good wings. Definitely a pleasant surprise for Cordova. I usually go to Dbo’s but I got a little tired of racist attitudes.
On my first visit here, the staff welcomed me with a friendly greeting as I walked through the door. I ordered half boneless and half bone-​in wings with original hot. The sauce has a slight sweetness to it because of the tomato base. You 6 wings get fries and a drink for around $ 8… Not bad. The fries are really good. They are freshly cut with a sweet and salty seasoning.
I’ll definitely come back here again!

This Wing Stop location in Cordova is excellent. The venue is small (not much seating) and the wait is long but the wings are awesome. They have 10 different flavors you can choose from, along with sliders, and some awesome fries. I have tried the following flavors…
1. Cajun… Awesome
2. Louisiana Dry Rub… Awesome
3. Garlic Parmesan … Not much flavor for me and not my favorite
4. Atomic… Awesome and hot
5. Hawaiian … Awesome and sweet
Also the beer is ice cold!
If you like the wings really hot use the atomic sauce to dip!

The best wings in Memphis! If you’re like me and are not a fan of the classic hot wing, this is the place for you. They have lots of other choices for sauces so you won’t be stuck with just barbecue. I recommend the Hawaiian since it’s like nothing you can get anywhere else. If you’re not a fan of wings, they also have boneless wings (more like nuggets) and also boneless strips. Both boneless types and the wings come breaded. The fries are outstanding, they’re a little spicy with a touch of sugar. It sounds weird but it totally works!
The service is always great, everyone’s very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for wings! The atmosphere is a bit lacking compared to some chain places (as in they just have some televisions up and that’s it), but honestly I go to places just to eat so it doesn’t bother me. But if you have kids or are wanting to take a first date someplace, then you might want to get take out.
