This place is HORRIBLE. They had no idea how to handle my insurance, and their base price is ridiculous! They tried to charge me $ 450 just for a normal yearly appointment for contacts. Are you kidding me? Then, the worst part… when I got my pair of trial lenses, the doctor actually took the contacts out of the new packaging, placed them on HIS finger, then handed to me to put in my eyes.
Staff us friendly enough, with the exception of the manager (who is the doctor’s wife) who proceeded to charge my insurance $ 450 (WITHOUT my consent!) for what is normally about $ 100 – 120 and now my contacts aren’t convered.
Will not be back.

Oh my goodness, this train wreck started immediately… from not returning messages that I left, failing to log the appointment in THEIR calendar, failing to confirm insurance benefits, the unprofessional attitudes, the doctor standing in the hall speaking about patients and referring to himself in the third person (who does that???), this place is clearly disorganized and unprofessional. We won’t be back.
