The art of shaving ice for snow cones seemed lost during the 70’s and 80’s in Corinth, Mississippi but now seems to have been rediscovered and to be enjoying a revival.(Of course it should be when you’re paying $ 1.50 for something that we used to buy for a dime.) This a spot for a popular treat on a hot summer day and the selection of flavors and quality of the snow cones are excellent. You’ll often see a line of cars at the drive through window. If nobody is standing at the walk-up window, you can often save time and bypass the line of cars by parking in front and getting out of the car. If you have a sweet tooth, try the cream on top. Peach daiquiri and Margarita are two personal favorites. Now open year round, coffee creations and hot chocolate are the yang to the ying of the summer snow cones.
