I doubt this Supercenter is any more spectacular than any other throughout the country. It has a very well stocked deli and they did have a wonderful smoked cheddar, but for some reason it has been out of stock the last three times I stopped by. The deli offers meat trays of varying sizes, fried chicken dinners up to 100 pc, pasta salad, potato salad and various side dishes for almost any need. The clothing selection is pretty vast and covers you from gut cinching panties to housecoats and even bikinis. The shoe department is large and the selection should appeal to everyone in the family, offering rain boots, flip flops, sneakers, steel toes, baby/toddler shoes and even heels. I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen metatarsal steel toes here and that is the style required in order to work at the local Caterpillar. The produce section is always stocked with fresh items and there is no need for a section of «reduced for quick sale» items. The bakery has changed up over the last few years. It once was a great place to grab donuts, but that has been done away with. You can get fresh baked breads and buns or even order specialty cakes. The fresh seafood section has been done away with and now houses a couple freezers with different sized shrimp and some fish filets. Occasionally, you might find mussels but for the most part it is just fish and shrimp. The meat department had actual butchers, at one time, but they’ve been replaced with prepackaged, previously frozen and trucked-in meats. There is a great variety of frozen foods to look over. Preformed hamburger patties from chains such as, Backyard Burger, Bubba Burgers and Fat Guy’s Burger. There is a great aisle in the pet department that is stocked with horse supplements, salt blocks, chicken feed and other things for pets other than a fish. The electronics department is pretty well stocked with TVs, games, DVDs, computers and accessories. The photo lab is connected to electronics, so you can place your photo order and browse while you wait. The customer service department has always been courteous and fast when dealing with me. I’ve never had a problem returning/exchanging any item. The automotive department has you covered from air fresheners to RV needs. I’ve used them for new tires. Tires are affordable and the service people mounting them do a thorough and clean job of it. There is a McDonald’s in the back of the store at the dairy section. So, yeah this is probably just like any other Supercenter you walk into, but I am OK with that.
