If you like to be stolen from then please go to the salon. They told me my price was 5 more dollars than what the prices are on the front. I got three different services and three different prices. Yeah they’re nice but I got the white upgrade price. So needless to say I’ll never ever ever go back there again.

It makes me sad to see people’s negative reviews of this place. Coming from the western end of western Washington county, it doesn’t get much better than this. I’ve been to nearly every nail and wax salon (without venturing into Hillsboro) and this place is by far the cleanest, nicest and the techs do the best job!
I have zero complaints. I’m always told I must purchase a new file and buffer when I forget mine and my gel manis stay beautiful for up to 3 weeks!

I have been here several times and it has always had okay service. This last time I went was awful. I was the first customer in on Saturday morning and I was the last one to be seated and started on for a Pedicure. The guy that was doing my pedicure used that Callus remover (Like pumice Stone) on my ankle. I tried to pull my foot away and he grabbed it and rubbed harder causing him to scrap off some skin so I was bleeding. He stopped then and tried to put my foot into the dirty water to rinse the blood off. The lady next to him made him stop and they put some green liquid on my cut without even asking me. Finally someone got me a band aid. He continued to do the massage part of the pedicure and during this time the friend that came with me had already finished her full gel pedicure. I finally had to tell the guy that he needed to start painting my toes because I had been there for over an hour. He painted them and they end up all streaky and not solid in color. I was very disappointed and then they made me pay the full $ 25 for my pedicure. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Will not be coming back here again.

This place is horrible!
Ok let me start off with the work, as you can see by photos the acrylic nails they did on me are absolutely hideous. I asked for coffin shaped nails. They gave me this? Some looked squared, some barely looked coffin, and some even looked round! The lady completely rushed through it.
The nail polish they used on me was and OPI Polish (beautiful shade btw) but it must have been incredibly old because the consistency was so weird and gross that this nail polish was still not dry after over 12 hours. The next morning my nails were so messed up because I guess I messed up the polish even more in my sleep.
The employees are so serious the whole time that it gets really awkward. They don’t talk to you, they don’t try to make conversation, they look like they hate they’re jobs at times.
Also this salon stole another company’s name, the original nails 4 u. But they couldn’t sue because they added that tiny «#1» at the end of the name to confuse customers in to thinking it was the same company.
Don’t get me wrong this place is very beautiful on the inside. I love the décor and all but I hate the service.
Ps. Almost forgot! They reuse the same buffers and files on customers all the time! Never have they made me buy one when I don’t take mine. Which I’ve heard is illegal and unsanitary, but I don’t know much about that.
Just go to the other nails 4 u (the real one) in Cornelius and ask for Kim she’s the best.

Went and got my nails done once again and Ty new what I wanted love that I just let him know andbhe does it all. No matter what when I go in he does a great job. All the way from Wa to go there for my nails and never fails always a. good job. Best place to go thanks Ty

I always came here for the full package pedi with the hot stone massage & callus removal & they did great. That was a different story all together when I brought my wedding party/​mothers & grandmothers, that would be a total of 10, for mani/​pedis for my wedding. We had scheduled this at least 2wks in advance & everyone got the full package pedis and at least 5 of us had manis done. By the next day everyone’s feet where even rougher than before & the nails had numerous problems too and this now was my wedding day! I am seriously sad to think of not returning here as no place previously or presently has lived up to this nail salon.

Worst experience ever. they cut my nails way too short and my nails look like they’ve already grown out about a week! they’re like a fourth of an inch thick Which make them look more fake. they were running around in between multiple clients and so I sat there when I made an appointment for about 15 minutes. worst experience ever and on top of it it was as much as my full set was at another place that did way better job. I don’t know what those other reviews are about but getting a fill or a set of nails don’t do it there.

The nail techs are super talented and very friendly. The family run business is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many over the last 15 years.

This place is great! I have gone a few times and it’s the best place I’ve found in the area. I’ve tried many place but they are the best. They may you feel welcomed.
I’ve gotten gel nails and they really take their time. I’ve gone to other places and they just rush through it. Here, they really listen to what you want. Totally recommend this place for gel nails.

This place is great! I always saw this place and only recently stopped to try it. My mind was blown!
Like most things in life it’s not the outside that you should judge, but what’s on the inside that counts! The inside is gorgeous and they decorate for the holidays beautifully!
The nail techs listen and do a great job. I had issues with lift on my acrylics and they were able to fix it so that I didn’t get lift the next time.
