Terrible customer service orientation and inexperienced staff. Trying to schedule an appointment could not be more frustrating, as they fully book out all time slots months in advance, leaving you scheduling a 10:30 weekday appointment 12 weeks out. They choose to answer the phones based upon their own whims, leaving you calling at 1 in the afternoon to no avail. I never feel obliged to leave a review on Unilocal (this is my first) however my utter frustration with their subpar service made me want to warn others before booking any service with Yuvan.
