This hotel is currently being remodeled, as you will see if you stay on the back side of the hotel.(There is a large amount of old furniture near the dumpster on that side.) My family stayed in room 117 for three days. This room is located in the corner near the aforementioned furniture heap on the ground floor of the back of the hotel. It wasn’t a non-smoking room, but it was all that was left on a busy weekend of a local event. It didn’t smell too bad or stale… just drive over to the Wal*Mart on Ontario Avenue and get a candle or air freshener. The furnishing, linens, and other décor weren’t updated yet, but that was inconsequential because the room in general was very comfortable. This hotel has DirecTV service, which was actually a «home comfort» that was nice to have(as opposed to more generic hotel TV services that don’t even have a guide button or channel). Our room had a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was pretty small, but it worked well enough. There was chairs and tables, a dresser, a nightstand, and ample outlets for charging personal electronics or whatever else you may need them for. The beds in room 117 were likely queen-size, and therefore a fair bit more comfortable to share with others when needed. Ice is not free, but I believe the manager has tokens for it. Wi-Fi is free, or at least it was for us. We were given several codes for our devices that worked throughout our stay. I believe there is also a vending machine, washer, and dryer. No security guard, but honestly I didn’t really feel unsafe here. I felt more unsafe at the shady Del Taco across the street, haha. Overall, I would include this hotel in my list of local ones that I’d recommend.

DONOTSTAYHERE!!! Staff was incredibly rude, located in a very unsafe neighborhood. At 2am we were awoken by someone wearing a white mask, banging on the door yelling at us to «wake up, get up». It was horrifying and we had to call the police because there was no hotel phone to reach the front desk. We left right away out of fear for our safety. The front desk was unapologetic and seemed irritated that we had called the police. We were also given a key to a pre-occupied room at check in.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Cost extra for wifi, cost extra for ice, no signal on the T.V. The phone in the room was missing the plugs. The carpet in the room was filthy and wet. The bath tub was cracked, without a bath plug. The toilet seat lid was missing. Drug deals and prostitution going on and I was worried about my car.

I stayed here in January, this place was amazing. Excellent customer service and clean rooms. I’ve been to a few places with horrible rooms but this place is really good. I usually don’t recommend but i recommend this place

I needed a place to stay for a week before I lived in China for a year. I would definitely not recommend this place, unless you want to stay in a bed bug infested room. I asked the manager why there were bed bugs and cockroaches all over the place, he said ‘the other rooms are okay, just that room is bad.’ ‘Just that room is bad!!’ I replied. ’ Then WTH did you put me in there for?’ Accordingly, he gave me my money back. Not a suitable place to even walk into… yuck!

Was so not worth the $ 55 + tax I paid to stay here. Requested a smoking room and there were no ashtrays provided. First national hotel chain that didn’t have lamps by the bed or artwork on the walls. Was provided a broken alarm clock, an extra remote with no battery cover or batteries, and a two inch bar of soap that disintegrated upon contact. The housekeepers need to sweep the outside walkway on a regular basis. Unfriendly staff and no coffee or continental breakfast provided in lobby.
