When I walk in to set my appointment, I was greeted and was attended very quickly. On the day of my appointment I was taken in immediately. My hair dresser Araceli asked me how my day went. I told her I had a long day working on the computer and was a bit tired. She gave me a message to relieve me from my stress. I went in to get a new hair style(short), was a bit nervous. Angel offered me fresh coffee and it hit the spot. My experience at Bliss was beyond my expectation, I would refer anyone that would like to be pampered. And taboot, my hair cut turn out to be the most amazing cut I have EVER had. A truly amazing refreshing experience. Thank you Araceli and Angel!!!

Initially I was really disappointed with how my hair turned out. It was a simple request. I wanted to go from my grown out balyage highlights back to my basic hair color. I wasn’t asking for a ridiculous task like going from black to blonde in one day. I was hesitant to write this review because the stylist was super nice but once I got home and saw the results up close, I noticed that my skin was stained with the dye all around my hair line and after 1 day and 2 showers later it is still there. 3 days later I received a call from the owner and I have to say how impressed I was with her customer service. She apologized for the mishap and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate it and would consider giving them a second go in the future.

I’ve been getting my nails done for ten years. Chandara has been doing my nails for close to three years, now. I love her work. I especially love that she takes good care of my natural nails, even when I’ve asked for acrylic. My nails are complimented by others, consistently. I’ll never go to anyone else. Thank you, Chandara.

This review is for Chandara who currently does nails at this salon. Chandara is incredible, really took her time and is a true artist. I told her I was going to Disney World for vacation and she customized my nails with an adorable Mickey design with gel polish(I’ve never had anyone offer to do a design in gel before!) so I know it will last the length of my trip. I would definitely recommend her, she is outstanding! I’m so happy to have found my new nail lady in Corona.

This review is for Chandara — the resident NAILARTIST in the salon. She recently closed down her own nail shop and began her booth at the salon. I have been going to her nail shop for the last three years and I am rarely loyal to a nail place or person — but her and her husband(who worked with her at the shop they owned) are literally THEBEST in business. I have just had my first visit with Chandara at her new booth at Bliss and she was true to form — and since it is an Aveda salon, you now also feel like you are at the spa. This is first rate nail service — it is not the cheapest — nor the most expensive — but you will get what you want and your nails and/or feet will be awesome. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want, Chandara is an artist, and she will take wonderful care of you!!! You definitely want to call for an appointment cause she has very loyal customers who have followed her to Bliss. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed! Also, all the ladies that were at the front desk were super sweet and lovely!

Michelle is right! Chandara just moved here and I’m so happy. She is awesome and very professional. I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Chandara is very detailed, clean and takes the time to make sure she makes you happy. I love coming to her!!! Make sure you call and schedule an appointment ahead of time. Do not just walk in since she is the only person doing nails.

This is my second time coming here. First time I only had a cut, but had color the second time. I had an idea on what I wanted done, but Aracely guided me through some options. I was very happy with my cut and color. The staff is friendly and their customer service is great. I got a hand message while I waited for color, how awesome! I am definitely coming back.

I waited a few days to give this review. I got my hair done at another salon, to make sure it was plausible to «fix» the mistakes this salon made. Service: My appointment was at 12:30 and I didn’t get called back until 1. Very sad waiting room. It felt awkward and I was in a lone chair near the door. The stylist I booked didn’t have the courtesy to take me back. Some other girl did and handed me a swatch guide. I chose ash brown. Hair: This is really where things went south. After waiting 30 minutes, my stylist had to check with the front desk to see if she«had time to bleach my hair». Whether or not this is accurate for stylists to say that, it was extremely rude. Once she said she had time, she bleached my hair and had to ask a total different stylist if she was doing it right with toner… I was at the point where I just wanted it over. After blow drying, I saw the orange tint in my hair. In fear that she may butcher my hair more, I pay the $ 95(!) for a botched hair job. I think what made me most upset is that it felt like she wanted me out of there, so she said–«there it’s really light now». I had to wear a hat all weekend until I was able to get an appointment at another salon. I’ve posted pictures of the first hair dye at Bliss and the redo at another salon. I won’t come back and won’t recommend it to anyone out here.

Absolutely love Aracely and her staff. Not only are they all great at their profession, but the customer service is exceptional. I had my hair cut by Aracely and just loved every moment. I have curly hair and find it difficult to trust my hair into anyone’s hands, but I was blown away at how great she handled my hair. I also had some body waxing done by Jennifer. Again another service that I’m very particular about and I was equally impressed. If I could give Bliss a ten star review I most definitely would.

This was my first visit to this salon, and I will be back! I went in for a root touch up. The stylist not only chose the perfect color, but used a second color to blend my tips and roots. The result was one solid color from top to bottom. I am also pleased with the feel of my hair. The visit was made better by the relaxed atmosphere, and the entire staff’s attention to comfort.

Spent 150 $ dollars here and saw no difference in my hair. Also the next appointment was in so my hair dresser was rushing and yanking at my hair to get it combed out, and I left with wet untexturized hair. Was disappointed it didn’t come close to the picture I wanted and the manager called and told me it was my hairs fault, not their fault, argued with me how she was right, and then decided they could add foils to front of my face for an extra 30 $. I did NOT go back! Said it would take 4x to get to color I wanted. Went to tortuga day spa in redlands a month later and got exactly what I wanted, my hair lightened, and I had a way better experience. Don’t go here, over priced and won’t exceed your expectations.

Had such a wonderful experience going here. My mom began seeing Haley. She did everything that my mom wanted. After seeing my mom’s amazing results a couple times, I was so excited to have Haley do mine! So naturally I asked for what many hairstylists would call«impossible» to do in one shot… But Haley was able to do it, and I love it!!! Started with brownish black hair and went to medium brown with blonde ombré. I highly recommend Haley!!!

First of all, let me start by saying that I love Aveda. I love love love their products. But when I came in today I felt like I was taking up their time. The girl behind the counter was so rude. I went in to buy Confixor and was browsing a little bit, she asked if I was ready which I was. So I went up to the counter and she asked if I have ever been to that Aveda, I had said no. So she asked for my info and she got it all down and put it into the system. I had told her that I had a Pure Privilege number and she looked at me like I was dumb as s**t. She finally put in the info for my Pure Privilege account and she kept looking back at me like she thinking, «omg why is this b***h even bothering with this kind of s**t, ain’t nobody got time for that!» Anyways, when I walked out I was like yeah… now I remember why I order Aveda online.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Bliss messed up my entire appointment schedule, mistreated my mom, and scammed $ 20 from us. We have a huge party coming up and needed multiple appointments for hair, makeup, and facials. Neither my mom nor I have ever received a facial before. On their site, they have a coupon for new services. So I booked an appointment today, July 25th. I spoke to the owner Lisa for hours making sure my mom could use the coupon and that all our appointments were fixed and everything. She assured me multiple times yes. My mom went and had her facial. When it was time to pay, they would not let her use the coupon. The coupon says new services and we have never had that service ever in our life let alone at this so called salon. They kept saying only new customers. I’ll be uploading the picture and you tell me… Does it say new customer or new service? They need to fix the coupon then. They connected my mom to the owner Lisa; I spoke to her earlier. She told my mom it’s her store and she won’t argue or continue talking with my mom and will not let her use the coupon; she hung up on my mom. My mom ended up paying to leave right away; she felt insulted and cheated. I called after to speak to Lisa but Heather wouldn’t connect me. When I called earlier, Lisa took my credit card information from me in case I was a no show for my appointments. I had Heather cancel them for me. I asked her to send me an email confirmation so I wouldn’t get charged. She said that they don’t take cards for appointments and that she doesn’t know how to send me an email. First of all, you don’t know your own company’s practice? Either I’m being scammed or you haven’t been trained properly. Second of all, you don’t know how to send an email? I wanted a confirmation so I don’t get charged for missing my canceled appointments especially after this issue we are having. She said I was being insulting and going to give my information to Lisa. I said okay great and hung up. I don’t know what happened. We’ve always gone to bliss to get our hair styled but for this, we were lied to and scammed. Make sure to clarify your coupon can be used before you go and get a written confirmation because they don’t honor their word. I’m still waiting for Lisa to call me. Sincerely, An angry and insulted mother and daughter.
