Dropped in to try the«Pick 2» but the menu is totally confusing! It would be so simple if they just made it $ 8.99 for that promo, but instead all the different choices you make come with different pricing and no one tells you that until you ask and then it has to be explained, slowing down the line tremendously. Once I figured out how it worked, I ordered the chicken Caesar salad with French Onion soup and a yummy and fresh roll. There were assorted issues with this meal and visit: 1. Salad was crisp, fresh and generous in size, but there was almost no chicken in it and who the Hell puts bitter Kale in a Caesar salad? Stop being artsy fartsy and stick with the traditional version. 2. As usual for Saturdays, there were NO clean and bussed tables unless you want to go out onto the patio. Why are they always so under staffed that they can’t keep up with the customer flow… AND, even worse, when they know there is no seating, they keep taking orders for 10 to 15 more people who then have no place to sit. 3. Plastic utensils in open bin have NOWRAPPERS on them, thus allowing the massive spread of GERMS from hands constantly going in and out all day long. Do you want someone who has just blown their nose, changed a diaper or handled a penis, dipping their hands into the same area where you are about to pick up your knife and fork? Man, this is just common sense and basic sanitary precautions, but after speaking to a manager, he just seemed clueless and told me that they«go through the utensils pretty fast». What does that have to do with the issue? Man, where do they find these managers and how does corporate allow this to happen? Even the lowly Popeye’s has ALL their plastic utensils in individual plastic wrappers.

Best run Panera in SoCal ;) Quick response by staff with requests. Manager friendly and efficient. Clean. And the Wi-Fi works great… unlike most Paneras!

Very disappointed for the first time with panera bread, I ordered the anitpasto salad and after waiting for 15 minutes, an employee said theybhad to make the antipasta fixings for the salad, I said I would just like a refund because im on a lunch break, I have no idea why Reymond is in a supervisor position when he clearly doesnt show caring guest service, when someone offered to help me he yelled from across the register I’m helping you with your refund right now, he didn’t suggest any other salad or entrée to try to change my mind nor did he say sorry for the inconvenience since I couldnt eat lunch their, he did not accomodate me whatsever, most people would be extremely upset and rude about this situation and I know because im in guest service myself, so the fact that I was so polite about the situation is really upsetting cause i didnt feel appreciated as a customer whatsoever, wont be returning

Dang. I really miss Panera. I haven’t eaten here since they got rid of their best sandwich(Chicken Chipotle Sandwich) .I’m sure there’s a petition out there to bring it back, but I’m too lazy to use the google machine, so I will complain here. On a semi related note… I’m getting very close to selling my Panera gift cards for pennies on the dollar.

The food is good and service is fast BUT please do something about the seating. Many booths have cracks in the upholstery. A little update to your seating goes a long way.

I love this Panera!!! They are the only ones that have the Hazelnut flavored hot coffee! It’s the best! Their staff is always friendly from the moment you walk in. Did I mention they have Hazelnut coffee?!

Horrible! Grilled sandwiches were cold and soggy. Tomato soup was okay but potato soup was flavorless. Tired of eating at this overpriced restaurant for sub par meals. Food is better at home. Tables are always dirty, both ice tea containers were out. I could go on and on.

Unfortunately this café has a poor management team. But I will say that the regular employees are awesome! The cashiers are always giving honest advice and tips on what to order ALWAYS in a friendly manner. Dining room associates are hard workers as well, always smiling and making sure the café looks spotless for their guests. You all are noticed! :) Order a pick 2! **clam chowder is only on Fridays so this is the place to go for a nice bread bowl. Also order clam with the new chipotle avocado melt… this sandwich is so tasty on their new pepper styled bread!

This goes out to all Panera bread companies. I tried Panerai bread 3 times total. The first time I was disgusted by the food. Second time disgusted, and the third time disgusted. I gave it 3 chances thinking that the hype of Panera is real. The food tastes like chemicals. The meat is not good, and the tea also taste like chemicals. The only thing I thought was decent was the cheesy broccoli soup in a bread bowl, but it was still basic. This place is all hype from people with no good taste in food.

I have eaten here many, many times. The food is usually served as ordered, although I have had some issues with consistency. They forget items or serve a tiny salad in a large bowl. Then the next time I come in the salad is the correct size. Or sometimes my soup is just lukewarm. The cashiers can be a little slow, and there is often a long line. The restaurant often has dirty tables, and floor. I don’t understand why this is because I have seen several people in the back area standing around. They need to get this location under control!

Everytime we come in something is always wrong. They forget to put something in our bag or they make our sandwich wrong. We called last time and let them know they had messed up and they gave us a free sandwich that they would fix. Which was great customer service. We went back to get that and we ended up with just as bad. The presentation is just horrible. While we were there I heard a customer complain about how poorly they made her sandwich and looking at it, it was very poorly made. They didn’t even have what was meant to be on it. And they put very little meat and Vegetables on it. It’s not like we pay five bucks for this food. It’s pricey and you should get what you’re paying for. We probably won’t be going back as much as we use to.

Everything has gone down hill here. Long lines, even longer wait times after you have ordered, even if you order at their express kiosk. Coffee is horrible, the iced caramel and mocha lattes were such poor quality and tasted awful we had to toss them after one sip. We won’t bother to be back, location is a mess, tables not cleared, they clearly have trouble keeping up.

The food is good. The ordering staff, not so much. I told the guy I was gluten free. No bun. No croutons. He had even checked to make sire about GF soup and then my food came with croutons. UGH maybe it was the kitchen staff but if I was the one taking orders, I wouldve made sure they know. IMALLERGICTOWHEAT its not me being picky its a matter of breathing or not.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere to study or just relax and have breakfast or lunch. I usually get the you pick two with soup and salad. My kids like the mac and cheese. The pastries are also delicious! Good customer service

There are no acceptable reasons why the line is almost out the door on a Sunday night 2 ½ hours before closing with the dining room almost empty. This is located right across from the Edwards movie theaters. We came in just to get a pastry, and for that we’d have to wait in a long line just because they only had 1 register opened. They really should have a express window for customers that want pastries only. Really frustrating to walk in and emeditly walk back out because they’re so disorganized with the pace of customers coming in…:(

My husband and I regulars here. Today was extra amazing. Despite them being super busy for lunch, with even a few rude customers here and there, James, our cashier was super nice, helpful and VERYPATIENT with us since some of the stuff on their menu was already gone or «sold out.» The amazing service did not just stop there. My husband and I found Hunter working super hard at keeping the dining areas clean. Not a single dirty booth or table in sight! Hunter had also brought ovet our meals, and offered to get us lemons for my husband’s soup. He came back with lemons in hand, but most importantly, a smile on his face. I had noticed that he had done this with all the other tables as well. bottom line: BESTSERVICEDURING A BUSYLUNCHRUSH! THANKYOU, JAMESANDHUNTER!

Night and day difference than my last Panera visit. Wow… Super busy dining room, order/register line is packed too and if you don’t want to wait in line there are ipad kiosks if paying with a credit or debit card. They seem pretty efficient. Tables are cleaned promptly. Food is delivered to your table fresh and made to order. Cinnamon rolls are soooo delicious. I grabbed a few for my Father’s Day boys’ morning treat. They loved them too. Loved their«pick 2» option from the menu. Let’s me try a salad and a soup or a soup and a sandwich combo easily. Great location just across from the movie theater entrance. Would definitely return.

Been here a couple of times now when I meet my boss before we head to auction, and it’s been pretty consistent. I’m not a frequent Panera-er, but this location seems like a really good size with a friendly staff. It’s always refreshing when morning people actually act like morning people instead of acting grumpy that they had to be up so early. Personally, the food is still always a bit overpriced, but they have some great options on their menu and the food is at least always fresh. If it ain’t Starbucks, the boss man and I will still be coming to this location.

Love panera. They have yummy pastries and bread! The sandwiches ate delicious, and they have an AMAZING hot chocolate that has chocolate chip cookie dough marshmallow chunks!!! Seriously bomb. Go get it right now! Lol Iced green tea is yum! They used to make it with more sugar and that was great! Like the you pick 2 option. I always do the Mediterranean veggie sandwich with a Cobb salad(no meat). Healthy and great tasting meal!
