Subway

I went in to this location and placed a catering order a week in advance. When I went into pick up they had lost the paperwork. No apology from the manager.

Every time I go to this location it has the slowest service ever! Other locations I have been to in the Corona area, I’ve experienced fast service, even with a long line.

Best subway I’ve been to. Clean. Nice workers. Danielle helped me with my sub and suggested the perfect choices for my sandwich. Don’t know what all the bad reviews are for you ppl are to picky. Anyways I will always go here:)

Good for the most part. I’ve had more good experiences than bad at this location. The one bad experience I had was fairly recent, immediately after eating a foot long veggie sandwich on wheat bread, I began to have stomach cramps. They slowly got worse and by the end of the night I was sitting at urgent care with explosive diarrhea and food poisoning. Not a good experience at all. Like I said, I have been here many times and I’ve had mostly good experiences, except for that one time recently. As with any fast food place, you take the risk of an employee not washing their hands and handling your food. I was just one of the «lucky» ones I guess. Anyway overall good, just proceed with caution.

Horrible customer service. Came in on my lunch break and was told the only bread available was white or jalapeño. I asked how long would it take for wheat or honey oat bread (that was sitting right next to them) and was told it takes 35 minutes for the bread to cool down. I rep we ated 35 minutes for bread!!! And she said yes. I walked right out.

This is why I don’t like when someone gets my food for me. On 1÷21÷15 at approximately 8pm my honey went here and ordered me a Turkey Bacon Avacado sandwich. He said the chick had an attitude and when he asked that my sandwich not be toasted Ms. Snotty said it HAD to be. So he said if it HAS to be then could you please just do it for HALF the time and she refused! I have NEVER had to have my sandwiches toasted before. I absolutely HATE when I have to get my food the way some snotty counter person wants to do it!
The owner should take note of these reviews because you’re LOSING BUSINESS and it’s all because you have a snarky bitch working for you and there appears to be a cleanliness issue as well.
I sure as hell am not going to a place that makes me get what I order prepared THEIR way. Stupid. One day someone is going to leave a bag of nails scattered in the parking lot.

Samantha couldn’t get my order right for anything I don’t know if it is poor training or her bad attitude. But thanks to Rene she took care of everything and made it right… Thanks Rene ;)

Love this place. It’s right off the 15 on my home. I work long hours, so at the end of the day when I stop to get something to eat, good service is a very important thing. I’ve had a couple bad experiences there in the past, but my last 2 have been great. I’m a big breakfast man, and one downside to Subway is that they stop serving breakfast at 11. This place serves it all day. The guy that helped me a few days ago, while making my sandwich, respectfully suggested a few things to make it better. He was right! Made the sandwich a bit different, proportioned things correctly, and if was wonderful. Went back again today, and a young lady was there and she did exactly the same. I’ll definitely continue to come here just because of them two.

I just had lunch there and their ice tea smelled like sewer! I thought it was a water drain near by the soda machine but when I got home and took a sip of the unsweetened tea… Gross! They must never clean out the ice tea dispenser! Makes me wonder what else they are not cleaning?!?

Never thought i would write a review for a subway chain but a subways who cant have meatballs and turkey in stock is just a fail and does not deserve to hold the franchise license. The kid working here seems like he was never trained properly. Kid even told me they were to busy to keep stock and to go to another subways. Place was empty. The store does not deserve franchise rights. Pathetic.

I guess this place got new people who are actually pretty good, or I just got lucky. Either way, I came in to get something to eat after visiting the Vet next door. The guy who helped me out, Nicholas according to my reciept. was really good. Usually I get barely there meat and a crap ton of veggies. He actually proportioned it perfectly and did it all quickly. This place is usually pretty good when I pop in for a quick meal, so far I havn’t had any issues and hopefully there won’t be any.

I go to subway about 5 times a week in different areas from South Corona to Rancho. This place was the worst Subway I think I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty, the place is run by a couple young punks behind the counter that snicker as if they’ve done something to your sandwich and they’re slow. I don’t trust this place and I will definitely NOT come back. Aside from the bad service and the two punk kids working behind the counter, the sandwiches were lightly sprinkled with vegetables. The sandwiches were flat as if the owner of the establishment was trying to cut corners. This place doesn’t live up to the Subway standards I’m used to. I honestly can’t say enough how crappy this place is… and I usually don’t get this graphic when I’m Unilocaling… but it’s well deserved.

Horrible parking lot and really slow service but the people are friendly.
