The lack of meat in my $ 14 sandwich was a huge disappointment. In fact, I think it was less than a Subway sandwich(which costs less $). My visits will be less frequent now. Bummer!

My all time favorite sandwich shop! I absolutely love Jersey Mikes & the customer service is fantastic. Sandwiches are fresh and have a great student meal deal for kids in high school! Definitely recommend for everyone to come here and NOT subway!

My wife and I are still pretty new to the Corona area, and so far we’ve stopped in at Jersey Mikes a few times and have always been treated right. Today was above and beyond however! The manager(i’m assuming) asked what I wanted to eat and made a recommendation of combining the two subs I was contemplating into the #99 and it was a great choice! It tasted so damn good. My wife always gets the same Italian sandwich and hers looked equally as delicious. But what set this visit apart was the managers awareness and the staff working as a team. They had a new team member working and he was learning how to make my sandwich on the grill. The manager gave my wife and I small cups to get complimentary drinks while we waited, and while a surprise was definitely appreciated. Beyond that, he assumed it was taking longer than it should to get a sandwich out to us so he gave me a card for a free sub next time I come in. We definitely did not mind waiting for the sandwich, we both work in customer service and are always patient when new staff are learning the craft. Thanks to everyone working today. I saw their whole team working together to help train the new team member while the more experienced staff worked the line. Great work! only slight criticism is that when we came in we were given a very impersonal ‘hi welcome’ where staff said hi, but didn’t look up from their task to smile or make eye contact. it’s a small pet peeve of mine to make greetings feel personal, but the rest of the experience more than made up for it.

Anyone else think its absolutely discusting that they employees throw the left over lettuce that spills off the soundwich back in the lettuce bucket for the next person? This is the second time this has happened. The lettuce looks like a bucket of mush the veggies look old. Also, the store is filthy and not sanitary at all. I love Jersey Mikes but this store is gross.

So first off I would like to retract my last review. Yes there were mistakes but the second that this business had heard of them I was contacted personally by the general manager of this location to hear my concerns. I’m a regular at this jersey mikes, so much so that I don’t even have to order anymore they just know what I’m going to get. They really care about each and every one of the people that walk through their doors and hope to give everyone the best possible experience they can and every time they come on for a bite to eat the want it to be a memorable experience. This is the best jersey mikes in California!

I’m giving one star for the incompetent workers who don’t know how to count money. Not only did this girl not give me my change back she looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for my change. It was only $ 2 but it’s the principal of the matter. I was with my kids so I wasn’t going to cause a scene but please… hire employees who at least know the basics.

Finally a crew with personality! Got the usual #13 my way, held the dressing to a minimum so I wouldn’t sit down to a soggy sanny and it was deliciously made with a mouth full of meat. Hip hip hooray. Knocked it a star because although it was cold outside, 57 degrees, it felt even colder, much like an ice box while seated inside. Burr!

Every time we have tried them, the service is awful. These kids have no manners, no respect, nor does the female«Manager». Like others have said, no manners, no hello, goodbye, sas when you order. Ask a question and you are treated stupid. «Want it Mikes style»? What is that? They look at you and talk to you like you are a fool. Goodbye Jersey Mikes, you will be just another corona food shop to go out. If you read Unilocal,do something. My 2 cents.

A favorite place for my family to go. It seems that every location of this sub shop seems to remain in accordance with a quality level of customer service and freshly made subs. This particular I enjoyed due to the time they took to explain their customer loyalty program. I appreciate businesses that take the time to inform their customers about promotions or opportunities to save money. The sandwich was great too!

So I have left a 5 star review for this place, but that was when they opened in 2013… I had never experienced a bad sandwich or bad service until the last week or so. The first major no no that happened; the girl slicing the meats was asked for a bathroom key from another customer and when he didn’t see it she handed it to him, gloves and all, and then continued to make my sandwich. I asked them to make me a new one, they were not happy and when I got home my usually delicious sandwich tasted like it was thrown together. About a week later I called in 2 sandwiches to pick up, a #6 mayo on both sides and banana peppers, and a #8 both mikes way. When we got home the #8 was in the #6 bag and vice versa… But the 8 had extra mayo, no bacon and the 6 had no mayo at all and no banana peppers… and not mikes way. Service(Hunter) this day was great… execution not so much. Today just topped off all of my anger the past few weeks. I went in to order my food and while at the register(to no fault of the restaurant… Mr. mini #7… RESPECTTHEBUBBLE) He did not respect my bubble because he was a regular, and because he was a regular I went completely ignored… by the manager! They began talking, she threw my sandwich in the bag and continued talking to this asshole. I didn’t get a «have a nice day», no «thanks for coming». They’re lucky I’m not a bitch or I would have gone off on them. I WILL be speaking to the manager when he is in again, and I know he will NOT be happy.

Went in tonight to order 4 sandwiches and after waiting over 15 mins from the time we arrived our sandwiches were made. We encountered a few mishaps with our sandwiches(cold ones) and they were finally made. I feel that we were quit understanding(a worker cut herself) and we were extremely understanding of her plight; however, when we got home my hot philly was made incorrectly! I’m allergic to peppers and requested NO peppers as we requested NO seasoning of a few occasions. Im not holding the workers to this mistake 100% after all there should be a mgr on hand always but it’s extremely annoying when you do your best to be accommodating and your order is still delivered with so many mistakes. Your sandwiches are not exceptional, good but not great so I expect to hear from management shortly…

However… Their costumer service is horrible, each and every-time I’ve had nothing but rude employees making my food. Rub a dub dub, three subs and a club. After the shocking discovery that our favorite local sandwich place was now defunct, we finally gave Jersey Mike’s a try. We had a lot of mouths to feed, so we ordered the GIANT sized ones, each approximately the size of an aircraft carrier. Well, maybe slightly smaller. These have got to measure between 18 – 24 inches, and when thoughtfully cut into 4 pieces each, can feed a shipload of hungry mouths. A GIANT will run you in the $ 12 range. We ordered several different sandwiches, mine being the best, of course(the #8). #8 is a Club Sub, with turkey, ham, crispy bacon, cheese monstrosity. It was full of other good stuff(onion, lettuce, tomato) as well. They of course make it to order. It was so good! The bread was quite fresh, moist and not heavy. Very tasty. But then there was the #6, Roast Beef and Provolone and the #43, Hot Chipotle Cheesesteak. Sadly both the #6 and #43 failed, and I suspect the roast beef was the culprit. «Just didn’t taste good», «Flavorless», «Bland», «Meat was dry», were the comments. While I was at it, I loaded their app onto my phone, with the intention of accumulating«points» from our large purchase(I am ¾ of the way to a free mini already), and joined their email club. Good deal. The email club membership will get you a freebie sub and drink on your birthday, among other things. And the app even has a feature that allows you to register complaints. Even though this was not a completely positive experience for a first timer, it did give us a good idea of Jersey Mike’s potential. Good enough we will come back.
