Lunch time-​$ 5 box combos are the best way to go! Can’t beat it and you will be stuffed. Customer service has definitely improved and the food is fresh every time I have gone in or drove through. They forgot my dipping sauce 1 out 3 times. The drive through is quick too.

While the service was super fast and very nice, the chicken and fries were pretty soggy and not great.
Not a lover of KFC, my son wanted a $ 5 fill up box so went went through the drive thru.
I had a bite of each and it was horrible, Popeyes is much better for sure.
Location is fine, store is clean and well kept, just the food needs working on.

Worst service ever!!! We ordered 3 3 piece meal and only got 2 2 piece meal and 1 3 piece and we got none of the sides we wanted!!! I am furious because they didn’t give us the receipt so they said the couldn’t give us the chicken we ordered or the money back!!!

Most likely, since the last reviewer went in, a lot about this location changed.
The chicken was good, service was decent, they were even cleaning the building right in front of me. no complaints. as far as fast food goes, its a solid 3 stars– good, not great or amazing.

This establishment helped me lose weight!!!
I ordered the popcorn nugget meal, which came with popcorn nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit and a cookie. I also ordered a drink with no ice, because I’m sensitive to drinks that are too cold. The server seemed to understand my order after he clarified me the difference between the combo and the meal. After receiving my order and driving off back onto the freeway to finish my 120 mile drive, I realized that he didn’t give me any utensils to eat my mashed potatoes and gravy! Because of that, I was unable to eat my deliciously fattening mashed potatoes and threw it away after I reached my destination. After eating my nuggets, I got thirsty, which led me to try and drink my Dr. Pepper. Turns out it was ice cold because of the 80% ice in my cup! I didn’t drink that either.
Well, now that I finished my popcorn nuggets, time for desert! OHHHH NOOOO! I CANT FIND MY COOKIE! yep. He forgot to give me my cookie too.
My meal came with the nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit, a drink and a cookie. I only was able to eat the nuggets and the biscuit.
TL;DR VERSION: incompetent white kid who gets paid minimum wage screwed up my order so bad, that instead of gaining weight eating this junk, I ended up not being able to eat half of my order, which led me to lose weight and not consume all the calories and fat of my meal.

The place has really decreased in service and quality. The last time I was here I went through drive through and they forgot most of my order or messed it up. Today, I decided to go inside. The counter was crowded with little girls chatting, but not placing an order. The lobby inside was dirty. The floor was sticky and most tables had not been cleaned. I had to ask the counter for someone to wipe off my table. The chairs look worn and dirty after years of use. From now on if I want KFC, I’ll take time to drive to Norco. And if I want Taco Bell, I’d rather go down the street to the one on Main St and Ontario.

Like going here… Always busy but they are always nice and get my order right. Cant complain i leave happy all the time. Wish the kfc prices weren’t so high but this location has taco bell attached in case you didn’t want to spend $ 45 for chicken

Not horrible. Not amazing.
I often go through the drive-​thru during lunch and on some days the service is quick and other days the wait is 15+ minutes and there’s no way out once your in the rows of cars waiting to get into the drive-​thru.
The food is good. But they run out of things often and the wait is about 15 minutes til its ready again.

Despite all the complaints on here, I have none. Every time I visit this location, which is often, they are all so friendly and give me great service. The workers recognize me now and never fail to satisfy me! I wish I knew ALL the employee’s names (I have only met most of the night crew) but thank you Adrian, Tyler, Sean, Jacob, Mona and Michelle! I should have wrote the review they deserved sooner.

We live less than a mile away and love KFC chicken. Unfortunately this particular outlet is on a strict budget as many of the items we ask for are not available. We quit going for a year and figured ok, let’s give them another chance. The empty parking lot and lack of sit-​down customers should have been a warning. They have not changed a bit. After seeing the delicious photos of there grilled chicken and tangy coated wings I was dismayed to discover they had neither. Each time I requested an item the guy taking the order would excuse himself and go check to see if they had it! That’s it for us. They might as well close this place as they don’t seem to stock the advertised items! Booo KFC!

Just your typical KFC with Taco bell connected with it. Come here when I need to, but only in the drive through. Ok for Corona. Check it out if you need a fried chicken fix.

Been to many KFC’s throughout my life and this place was not a good experience. Food was quick and tasted like it should. Compared to other KFC’s this place has much less options, charges more, and provides no customer service. They were very quick to say no, and we’re very shady about providing me a receipt. They said there printer was broken and charged me a few dollars more than I pay at KFC for the same meal. I would stay away from this location, not recommended.

I continue eating here but not as often as I have in the past with my family. Some visits are great and some not. The big guy mgr isn’t always very friendly like his bro who is very nice who also works there. Several times my order has been wrong going thru drive thru. I call back n let them know but it’s always said to bring your receipt back which is a inconvience. Have heard from really good employees that their not appreciated much from he manager.

Drive thru is way tooooo slow!!! Never going back

Ordered some Chicken Strips on the way home late last night. Good stuff. Slept like a baby with a clump of greasy batter ball in my stomach.

I’ve always had issues with this Taco Bell/​KFC location. Poor service, dirty drink fountain area, etc. But that all changed tonight even after the location messed up my order.
I ordered a family meal and asked to substitute 3 thighs for 3 breasts since my wife doesn’t like dark meat. When I got home I discovered we got the 6 legs and 3 thighs, but were missing the 4 breasts.
I called the location, advised them of the problem and they said I could come back up and get the breasts. Once I arrived the manager and the cashier who handled our order (who was very nice I might add, the receipt said her name was Maggie) were discussing the issue and they quickly provided me with the 3 breasts and some added biscuits for the hassle.
Props to this location for making a bad situation good and going above and beyond to try and make up for it. Makes up for the poor service and poor cleanliness problems I have experienced in the past.

Lets just say as sad as this sounds I LIKE kfc, I also like Taco Bell so this was perfect, or so it seemed.
I was working on compton off ontario so SUPER close for a quick lunch, or so i thought.
The slack ass employees REGULARLY turned a 5 minute drive through meal into a 20 minute sit and wait fest.
GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
Seriously, if it’s your lunch rush or dinner rush DO not put first day on the job drive through people in training. it DOES NOT bode well.
