On Sunday February 21, 2016 I met my friend Amy L. and our sons for breakfast at approximately 9:45 am. As we were waiting to be seated an elderly man enter the restaurant with his mobility scooter, the Manager(Tamer Hamid) immediately approached the gentleman, and asked him could he park it outside(huh??) The man responded by telling the manager this is a mobility scooter which was totally obvious. As Amy and I are watching this, the elder gentleman tried to back his scooter out the door and he hit the front podium at unreasonable speed, I believe he was embarrassed or nervous that this was happening.(I could not remain silent) I looked at one of the hostess and I told her you guys are discriminating, where is the manager at that point he had disappeared to the back like telling an elderly gentleman whom clearly had mobility issues, and most likely balance issues as well; that he needed to park outside was beyond me, and others in the restaurant. It took the gentleman about 5 minutes or more to make out the doors, by this time the manager made it outside after I looked at him and told him that he’s discriminating and there is enough room in this establishment for the scooter. I live in this neighborhood and frequent this Denny’s about once a month, which I might have to find another quick breakfast spot. I’m hoping to run into the gentleman around the neighborhood to see if he’s okay. He is do an apology and free breakfast every Sunday indefinitely.

FIRSTTIMEHERE. When we arrived, it looked really busy. The wait area was full. The hostess nicely greeted us immediately, and probably waited less than 10 minutes to get seated. When we sat down we saw many empty tables. Still, it didn’t bother me, I figured we had missed the rush, which means, better service. We sat for another 10 – 15 minutes without being acknowledged. A server finally came, we asked why the delay, but it seemed like it didn’t phase her, all she said, «I’m sorry, I’m not your server. Can I get you drinks?» So she drops off the drinks, one which was a kids Oj; and the lid didn’t even fit on the cup, but she still left it there anyway!!! I ask for a large water(in a soda cup, obviously) with lemon, but she brought me a regular size without lemon. Are you Serious? We were ready to order but apparently we had to keep waiting for our«server,» whom we still hadn’t met. We waited about another 10 minutes, keep in mind we were already waiting for about 20 – 30 minutes total. To top it off, there was minimal tables filled compared to the amount of servers there was. The cooks kept verbally messing around, yelling nonsense from their work area, very disrespectful. I can’t even imagine how much spit was being thrown on the food as they spoke. So we placed our order that didn’t take more than 2 minutes. There was 4 people total in my party. My dad received his breakfast with my mothers wheat toast, along with Dino nuggets for my niece. On the second trip, I received my skillet, but by that time my dad was half way through his food, and my moms skillet was still not on the table. When the final plate arrived, my dad still hadn’t received his white toast. As I spoke to the server about why this was going on, she had no legitimate response but to say, «I’m sorry, the kitchen is busy.» THENAGAIN, there was minimal filled tables, and the table next to us, who got sat 10 minutes after us, received their food at the same time as we did! Ridiculous! As I complained to our«server,» about what was going on, another server behind us, in the kitchen area had the decency to say I was rude. Of course I heard, and I was furious by that point. I requested the manager then. She was very nice and apparently was a fill in for the original manager, but who knows if that’s true. Being in customer service all my life I have higher expectations. I don’t understand how someone gets paid to fulfill and represent a company, but gets away by doing the complete opposite. Mine & my dads intentions were to have the management keep an eye on the employees or possibly even retrain them. My dad hates free food, and was still wanting to pay the full check, but I on the other hand took the managers offer of a comped check. This place sucks. The server never even came back. We didn’t even leave a tip. Don’t even bother. Unprofessional

Servers are friendly enough but slow as molasses! By the time we got our food it was cold. The chocolate peanut butter shake… I might as well have ordered just a chocolate shake. My pancakes were crunchy, fries cold, eggs so cold THEY were shivering!!! And the restaurant itself was colder that it was outside at 1:30AM!!!

I love Denny’s. Always hits the spot. Food was great tonite. The waiter was great also. But it took a very long time to get our food. About 50 mins. My wife ordered a skillet and barley had any potatoes in it and they were not very good. My hash browns were hard. But other than that. It was good.

We got here of course as expected it’s a full house… Saturday morning! The front hostess stated it’ll be a 15 – 20 minutes wait to be seated… got seated within the time range! Waitress said she’ll be right with us maybe about 5 minutes later she came back… she wants to take our drinks but with the time we waited for her we have decided for our order already… a decent time of waiting since the restaurant is FULL it is now 11:50…got here at 11:12…seated at 11:30…orders taken around 11:35ish as of now 11:51 just waiting for our food pending almost 12 and still no food 12:05 no food no refills of coffee or drinks

This location is very dirty. We walked in and sat at a table that still had stickiness on it. Something was spilt before we arrive there apparently because it was freshly mopped but still wet under the table. Even after we finished the floor under the table was sticky. I used the restroom and the restrooms both the men’s from what my hubby said and the woman’s were absolutely dirty and smelt horrible. None the less we were starved! I ordered chicken fried steak with cheese on the gravy and I was pleasantly surprised! It came out exactly the way I asked for it. That was pretty good. The bad though is that the toast was barely buttered not very good or toasted well at all. My hubby ordered the lumber jack special and his toast was buttered the same way. The pancakes were rubbery as well. Not good at all. I’ve been going to Denny’s since I was a kid and the food has definitely gone down. I gave them 2 stars because the service was good and the assistant manager did ask us if everything was ok when we first got our order. As far as going back to this location not a chance!

I am a regular customer at this Denny’s. I got at least once a month and normally my experience is great! which is usually when the boy manager is working but tonight I went there and it was a girl manager working and she was so rude!!! she gave me and my boyfriend nothing but attitude for no absolute reason. I work at a restaurant so I naturally have respect for all restaurant workers when I go to restaurants. she was rushing me when i was ordering my food and did not check on us once. it took about 45 minuets to get my food because the manager(who was my server) just left my food sitting in the window! I didn’t get a refill on any of the drinks the whole time I was there. I hope it’s not going to be like this again. if I go back and get the service I got tonight then I will not go back to this Denny’s.

The breakfast that I ordered was nowhere near edible. The bacon was transparent and charred at the same time(go figure) and crumbled into pieces when picked up. The eggs looked like rubber and the cheese on my hash browns looked like melted plastic. Lost my appetite and was only able to eat a few bites of the pancakes. Those were decent. My husband’s burger leaked yellow grease. THISISTHEFIRSTTIMEHEDIDNOTFINISH A BURGER. Go drive a few miles more and find another Denny’s. Any Denny’s will be better than this one.

What happend to this Denny’s. I was just here last November the service was great. this time not good I greeted n asked how many I said 4 n a child seated no highchair had to get it myself n it was greasy… the food is good. but staff not so great ask for hot sauce wait staff never came my son had to go get it… I gave 3 stars because the food was good

Not as good as it used to be. It’s a plus that there open at all hours. We dot come here as often anymore but it’s a good cheap place to stop in with family to have a meal that you don’t have to pay and arm and a leg for.

This place is unacceptable!!! I ordered 2 orders of hash browns, 1 order of blueberry pancakes and a side of eggs and sausage. They gave me 2 orders of fucking pancakes, half of an order of hashbrowns, messy ass eggs and no sausage! This place need to double check their orders or better their staff!!!

This place has the worst service! I haven’t eaten here in 3 years because of rotten service, and I see that nothing has changed. We walked in the door and we didn’t get so much as a head nod or a smile. We waited a few minutes and since we were seemingly invisible we walked out. Maybe I will try again in 3 more years.

The food was okay. Not bad, and not the best. But, the manager working around 11:30pm today(3÷29÷15) was very kind! I was surprised he came to our table and asked how we were, and get us refills on our drinks. It really makes a difference when you see the manager actually going around and talking to some one the customers.

Took my daughter Ari to breakfast & this was the best Denny’s experience ever! Our waitress Toni was so sweet, very attentive, she gave us a coupon and got our order exact & quickly. I love the Grand Slam because you can choose what you want & it’s affordable! The music(slow & soft) was perfect for the weather(raining outside). Unless I’m out of town this will be my #1 Denny’s!
