Original Taco Stop

FOOD: it’s a hit or miss, sometimes the food comes out right and sometimes it is a mess, burned meat or water soaked meat in tacos. Salsa is good.
SERVICE: Bad, they talk to clients like if they are doing them a favor. I’m yet to see a smile. «What do you need…» is standard
LOCAL: Small, uncomfortable to eat in as people entering will need to stand right next to you as you are eating. While tables and countertops look clean floor, edges and corners are grimy.
PRICE: Pricy for quick Mexican food served in foil or paper plates with plastic spoons.

Every time I stop here it is great. The al pastor and fish tacos are both fantastic.
Hidden little gem

Have been coming here for years. Always good. Recipes have changed over time but not a bad thing at all. Absolutely love the ceviche. I have gluten allergies and whenever I explain my allergy, they always make sure to take care of me. I have celiacs so cross contamination worries me but I feel comfortable to eat here. The salsa is the best salsa!!! The girl at the front was amazing in service! Quick, attentive, and efficient. Total sweetheart. I will come back for sure

Good tacos i’ve had a few of the things on the menu but the tacos are what I come in for.

Had the chilaquiles for breakfast almost as good as mine. I will definitely be back to try the tacos.

You can never go wrong when ordering Mexican food in Southern California and this place is no exception. Their chicken taco is awesome and so is their carne asada. The horchata is a must as well. Cheap, good, and fast Mexican food.

Best chili relleno ever had. Carne asada taco was juicy and tender. The Buche was clean and fresh. They roll the tacos what I would call upside down, I’m not sure how its supposed to work. Hearty portions and good ratio of meat. Rice was excellently cooked.

Very authentic and delicious. Chips and salsa included with your meal as is the salsa bar.

I’m so annoyed. I arrived at 635pm. They are closed! On a Monday ??. Customer inside eating but woman behind counter waives us off. Sign on door says hours until 8:20pm. I WAS going to try this place for the first time. Now, I won’t bother coming back.

So excited to have read a review from a mutual friend about this place. She was on point on her 5 star rating. We ordered a carne asada taco salad, El Pastor burrito, shredded beef taquitos. Everything was yummy, only suggestion I have is to eat your taquitos there or have all the toppings on the side. By the time we got them home they were a bit soggy. Tasted good but NOT crunchy.
Also my husband found out that the owners are the same as Jugos Vallarta off 6^th St in Corona, another favorite spot.

Have you ever felt like you wanted to drown yourself in a delicious burrito with a f-​load of meat?! Yeah? …no?! Well come here and you’ll start getting those cravings.
I come here often since I work in the area and honestly the al pastor is BOMB. Please do yourself the favor and get a burrito. If you dare, get an all meat burrito, I swear they put like a pound in it, it’s badass. Oh you also get a free order of homemade chips with a $ 5 purchase.
The service is super quick and friendly and the salsa bar is seriously heaven. Always fully stocked with different salsas and pickled perfection. They have large container sizes for the salsa junkies like myself so that’s a plus.

First time here and i stopped by to get dinner. Their carne asadas good. Tortilla is frehly made. Fast serving. Good staff service. Will revisit again

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more stars! My husband and I came here for the first time and we are coming back again a few days later! It was so good and has really fresh produce in the food. The salsa you could tell was homemade and tasted amazing. I got a carne asada burrito and usually I am hesitant to get that at places because they don’t take out the fatty pieces but man this one was amazing! I couldn’t finish it because it was big but my husband/​human garbage disposal ate it up. Their horchata was also fresh and amazing. Really close to real Mexican authentic food I get when I visit family in Mexico. Highly recommend this yummy place. It’s kinda small so hopefully you come when it’s not too busy.

I ordered a carne asada taco .a carne asada torta
The taco was soft shell and full of flavor a little much on the onions but over all very good flavor
The torta a bit messy — a little to much lettuce and it got mushy real quick, its big it could be shared, I wish there was more meat in the torta
They give chips with your order.
I did appreciate the salsa bar to give you big cups to go the salsa is very tasty nothing overwhelming with hotness just perfect.
.this place is very small I would guess 20 ppl are the max it can seat so be ready to take your order to go if needed. I always lass this little taco place and I thought I’d see what they where all about. The prices are very affordable

Good street style tacos. Not as good as other places but they are ok. Meat is not well marinated but they slapped a lot of pico de gallo and called it a day.

They closed on me, kind of sad, but on Easter Sunday I will find another burrito place.

First time here, very small place, but clean. My brother had their street tacos. I had a bite of his shrimp taco, excellent. I wish they had a shrimp burrito. The carnitas was damn good too. I had a crispy shredded beef taco and a crispy chicken one as well. I definitely order that again. Both meats were tender a full of flavor. However the carne asada tostada, was a disappointment. Carne asada was dry, the tostada was not fresh, overall 2 thumbs down. My sister n law ordered the cheeseburger, she said it was alright. Next time we would like to come back to try the agua frescas (I hope that’s correct) and the fruit with the coconut and honey on top (don’t know what it’s called). Great pricing. For all 3 of us it came under $ 24. Can’t beat that!!!

This spot is truly without a doubt deserves 5 stars. Service was great (im veeerryy picky and particular) and the dining area was very clean. Salsa bar was spotless and fresh. The food was great. I ordered the milanesa torta and chicken flautas and i have nothing bad to say about them. The chicken in the flautas was tender not dry or hard. I hate when i get chicken and i bite into the nerve so gross! but the tacos were awesome. The torta was a good size the meat tastes awesome too along with everything that was on it. Toppings were very fresh on both plates. i didnt see one bit of brown on my lettuce. The salsa that came with the chips was delicious and the chips were nice a crispy not too greasy. The Horchata was nice and sweet. It was only my first time eating there but i am truly very happy with my visit. Definitely will be going back!
