Nikki was friendly and very helpful. She took time with us, asked a lot of questions to get a good understanding of what would work best in our room.

Walked into the store during a day of furniture shopping and two employees up front did not even greet us(my husband and I with our two children). We went on to look around on our own and a girl finally came to help us. She was pleasant enough however I got the feeling that they stereotyped us by how casual we looked(I was in jean shorts and a tank). It sure seemed as though they felt we weren’t «serious buyers» — their loss, we went a few stores down to Jerome’s and found everything we needed while being treated like true customers.

I waited many years to purchase my dream bedroom from Ethan Ellen. When that day finally came I was surprised to find that not only was the wait for my bed set and décor more than two months, the quality itself was absolutely unacceptable(to say the least). Not only was the first pillow damaged upon delivery, the button on another pillow fell off just a week later. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue, I could simply return it– but with the money I paid for their product and the amount of time I waited to receive it, this was unacceptable. While it is disappointing, I am not sad to say I will no longer be purchasing from Ethan Ellen.

Nikki is a great designer. She not only has expert ideas but she listens to you, the customer! I have worked with Nikki many times in the past and her customer service is excellent.

I recently came to your Ethan Allen design center in Corona and had a wonderful experience with Nikki. I just purchased a new home and needed living room furniture. Nikki informed me of the complimentry design service that Ethan Allen offers and she came to my home a couple of days later. When I came back in she had an amazing presentation for me with pictures, fabrics, drapery sketches and accessories. She kept me informed of delivery times and was very professional and personable through my entire experience. I have worked with other designers in the past which have always wanted to do what they wanted to do, Nikki listened to what I wanted and kept within my budget. All of my furnishings and accessories have been delivered and everything looks beautiful. Next phase is custom window treatments! Thank you Nikki

You saw my last review, I was really happy but I have to tell you I’m really unhappy with the SPAM e-mail that I now get. My e-mail address was given to the nice sales person so I could get a quote not so that I can get spam three tines a week. Not nice and not good business if you ask me. I have tried to OP out and unsubscribe but it must take a long time and or didn’t work because I just fit another one a few minutes ago.

About 4 years ago I purchased a suite of bedroom furniture for several thousands of dollars one of the cabinets I picked out had the option for either glass or solid panels which I was told… I chose solid… it was delivered with glass when the delivery guy called to try and correct the issue he was told the cabinets don’t come with solid panels… huh? I was so mad I made several calls to the corona store and the response I got was…” What do you think I should do for you”…fast forward 4 years this time I purchased a sofa… it took 6 months to get and the designer would call every 2 months with super dumb excuses! Then once I recieved it a few weeks ago the delivery guy left I opened the bag containing the arm covers placed them on the couch and they were completly sewed crooked! I made a call immed to the designer she said«that’s odd your the first one to complain about this» I thought you dummy how about just saying I’m very sorry this wasn’t right and replace them… she said she didn’t even know how to do that… yeah right… and then she sent me a text 4 days later saying they had just been ordered… still NO sorry! And it’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t recieved the new ones… big fat FFF to Ethan Allen corona! I come from a line of Ethan Allen owners in another state and I have a whole house full of it… isn’t customer service everything! Yes it is! Never again will I purchase from this location!!!

I’m so disappointed in our recent experience with Ethan Allen in Corona. We spent a large amount of money and 2 of our chairs showed up with dents in them. The only thing they would do is send someone out to paint over them or they offered me the floor models to trade out. When you pay $ 329 per chair you expect them to show up perfect and without dent’s… the manager said the marks are«distressed» marks but the delivery man confirmed they were dents along with the man who came to paint over them. Also the table we bought now has lines from my kids doing homework on them. The pencil went through the paper and scratched the table. This is crazy… the sales lady knew we had 4 small children and if this table wasn’t meant to be used that should have been told to us. We were told after wards that we should be using clip boards to protect the table. If I could I would send it back and get a refund but they don’t accept returns. Such a BUMMER… we will not buy Ethan Allen again and so sad that they have such poor customer service.
