Fields Auto Body

Our daughter backed her car into my new car and destroyed my front bumper and her rear bumper. I saw all the good reviews on Unilocal so I called Fields Auto Body and spoke with Jerry. He never tried to push me into anything, he just spent time answering all of my questions, and I had a lot. He let me text him pictures of both cars and walked me through the whole process over the phone. I called two other shops and couldn’t even get past the receptionist to speak with someone. They’d only talk to me if I came in. Jerry made me feel very comfortable as I have never been in an accident before and really didn’t know how the process worked. I just got my car back today and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. I am so happy with the work. By looking at it now, you would never know that it was in an accident. My husband, being extremely attentive to details and high quality was impressed about how Jerry is the exact same way. We will be bringing our daughters car in next and I’m confident we will be just as pleased with the results. I would recommend Fields Auto Body if you are looking for high quality work. Thanks guys!

Unbelievably my car was hit and severely damaged by a lawn –mower. I contacted the dealership where I purchased my vehicle for suggestions on locating a quality repair shop. I had poor experiences in the past where work was completed and it was not up to the standard of how my car looked before the accident. They directed me to Field’s Auto Body. I am so glad I followed their suggestion! Jerry and his team did an impeccable job repairing my vehicle and assisting me with the insurance company as well. He took the time to communicate with me throughout the entire process. It is so heartening to know that there are still businesses that take pride in their work and actually care about their customer’s experience! I would have to say I looked into many Collision repair centers and I found that Fields Auto Body won all of them by a landslide. Jerry the owner was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. When my car came out of the shop it looked brand new! Smelled great and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend people to this shop. I was more than happy with the outcome!
