I will echo the sentiment of Gulya, but I will give them two stars. Why? Because they represent investors, and greed is the game they play. So what should you expect? Well, I was actually looking to purchase a home from them. I put in a bid at almost 98% of their asking with their listing offering half of selling cost covered by them. They then come back with a counter offer saying they wanted 5% over their asking and they wouldn’t cover any closing costs. WTF! Seriously. So reluctantly I counter and came up to their asking plus 1% with me covering 100% of closing, and they went down 1% but they refused to budge any further and I still had to pay closing. They tried to say they had multiple offers, but what they do is lower the price so that you, along with others, put in a bid and then they come back and change the asking and attempt a bidding war with multiple hypothetical bidders. I decided to walk, because it was obvious all they cared about was the money. BTW… they are not quick at their responses, and the assistant to the broker has poor phone and email etiquette. Be prepared to get bullied with these people.

Unethical people who stand at nothing. Do not have business with them. They are liars!
