Leo & Katherine are awesome! If you’re selling your home, the one thing you absolutely have to have on your side are realtors like these two. It can be easy to take them for granted because they make a highly complex process seem so effortless. Just thinking about some of the many «moving parts» that went into the selling of our home can be dizzying but Leo and Katherine were there, with us, every step of the way.
They did everything and bent over backwards for us. They’re knowledgeable, professional, caring, detail-​orientated, and honest. I never had to worry about anything throughout the process because they always had our best interests in mind. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I come in contact with looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks, guys, for everything you did for us.

In your responses, un true… and katherine you were not even part of the deal, you took photos and signed contract. FYI… as far as selling, there were two offers, and we took the better, and doesnt matter who purchased home, we had more views in 3 days than the first 45 with you. You couldnt sell it in 90 days, and Leo said it takes about 65 days for most to sell, thats why we extended to 90, and you still didnt do it. 17 homes went up and sold and there we sat unsold. IT is called marketing and knowing area. trust us, after selling 5 homes, the experience and stress we went through with you was not worth it. SORRY… would never hire you or refer you.

My family and I used Leo and Katherine as our realtors to sell our home in 2011 in Orange County and to help my mom purchase again in 2014. Our experience with Leo and Katherine has been excellent from both the selling and buying real estate. The sale of our home was a smooth transition and my mom’s purchase was just as good. I was involved throughout the entire transaction and there was a lot of competition from other buyers in her price point. With their guidance and patience they were able to find my mom a home in a perfect location for under market value. My husband and I were in the market for our first home. I saw Leo and Katherine’s reviews on here and decided to contact them after having not got a return phone call from another agent. Leo called me immediately and set up an appointment to meet with us the next day. Leo was very patient with us and helped explain the whole process. We looked at over 30 homes and he never was impatient. He was honest about giving his professional opinion on homes and also knew what to look for while touring the homes. There was quite a few things that he noticed that we did not. From the first meeting to the last, his wife and him were so helpful. I hope to work with them again in the future. Leo & Katherine are the ones you want to do business with — professional, honest, intelligent, and friendly. We trusted them to sell our house after we moved out of state. They not only got the house sold efficiently, but they took amazing care of the house when we were not around to keep things up. They held open houses, checked in on the house weekly, sent detailed progress reports to our emails regularly, and shared unbiased information to help us make the best decisions. Simply the best!!! I highly recommend Leo and Katherine if you want honest, qualified, trustworthy professionals! I chose Leo and Katherine after interviewing agents. Leo did not get upset or pushy when I explained I had a wonderful first impression, but wanted to interview others before signing. No one could compare to them! They are professional, and personable too. Leo really listened to my unique circumstances and was comfortable working with them. I had an elderly parent and autistic son who required advance notice. They literally had to meet everyone who was interested in a showing. Leo and Katherine also held an open house every weekend for the 3 weeks it took to sell. They were available when I called 7 days a week, and if I had to leave a message they got back to me within an hour or less. I know the reason they sold my house so quickly was because of their incredible work ethic. They had a professional video uploaded to youtube, sent out thousands of high quality color half sheet postcards, and featured my home on the busiest websites! Again they went above and beyond when I needed a few easy fixes for code issues. Leo and Katherine came over within 15 minutes of my son calling because I could not get my old saw to cut through a 2×4. Honestly I’ve had eight different realtors in the past ten years, and by far, Leo and Kassia are the best I’ve ever worked with. They were always there, always prepared, always taking care of the tiny –seemingly unimportant– details that can slow down a transaction. The best part is, they never abandoned me, even when one purchase took over a year to complete. I have recommended these two to all my friends, family and contacts and I would highly recommend that anybody looking for a property in Southern California use their services as well.
