Don’t go to this place, I brought in a watch that was brand new never been worn, just didn’t wear it right away so the battery died. They tried to tell me it was stripped and to return the watch to where i bought it. We checked it before we brought it here and it was in perfect condition. They ruined a perfectly good watch. Horrible service. They also said it was too much work to try and get the screw out they ruined. Lazy business.

How do you sell Invicta watches and you can’t replace a battery. The watch has never been open and they tell me they can’t replace a simple battery??? I will be taking my business elsewhere!

This place is a hit or miss. I had great, friendly and fast service the first time I went here and got more than what I expected but the 2nd and 3rd time I came back, the guy working was rude and didn’t even look at the jewelry I brought in when I came in to try and sell it. All he said was «it looks fake and isn’t worth anything». Um okay, you didn’t even examine or hold it and definitely shouldn’t be blunt to customers if you want them to come back. Definitely not coming back a 4th time.

This place is amazing. They have amazing customer service and they pay way better than any stores nearby. They pay almost 20% higher. They tell you exactly what it is in grams and money. They are straight to the point. I am a usual customer and I wouldn’t trade it for any place else. Thanks for the help guys!

HONEST, friendly, great service! These guys may not have a fancy building or commercials on TV, but they are very detailed and honest.
They tested every single piece of gold I took in, weighed it in front of me and told me the weight. Paid me more than double of what other places were willing to pay. I didn’t expect to get more than $ 500 for our gold and ended up walking away with $ 1700 cash! YAY!!! :-)
