They don’t bother to respond to your requests for maintenance at all. Our fence tipped over on one side and nothing was ever done. Then a wind storm knocked over the shared fence on the other side, again nothing was done so we(our neighbors and us) had to put boards to hold it up. When the toilet began to leak I put in a request with Sally personally and again nothing was done. So what happens when we move out? We are blamed for the water damage in the restroom. Additionally they charged us 350 to re-seed the very small front yard because part of the grass died when we were put on water restrictions. Hello? There is a drought in California what do you think is going to happen when you are only allowed to water your grass for 2 minutes two times a week. This company is seriously a joke. I should have listened to others who warned me not to use them when renting!

Gail Blix, Ms. Kathy, and the O’Neill staff have taken exceptional care of my family in our quest to find the perfect home to rent in Corona. There were some unforeseen«Bumps» in the road as we were renting from a «first-time» home owner that was utilizing a property management company for the first time. Each time an issue came up, Ms. Kathy and/or Gail would work tirelessly to help us solve-it. They are extremely helpful and always available. We are thankful to have found such a great organization to work with.

By far this has been one of the BEST property managements places that I have rented from. I have been a renter for almost 12 years and have dealt with other management places and directly with the owners as well. This is one of the best places to rent from and if I were to own a home I would use them if I ever chose to rent out my home. Sally Barela is who you want to ask for and deal with. Her customer service is amazing!!! She has high integrity and truly cares about her tenants. She looks out for us as a tenant and the owner as well. Making sure everyone is happy and taken care of. When an maintenance issue arises, WOW they are fast at getting someone out to you to repair the issue. I have been a proud tenant of theirs for almost 2 years now and cant say anything ill about them. If it wasn’t for Sally I really don’t think I would continue to be a tenant. Right before I decide to renew my lease, I had to have a special accommodation in order to stay in my house I’m renting and without the help of Sally I truly believe if it wasn’t because of her that the owner would have never agreed. In the end she was able to have them agree. Now that is someone who goes up and beyond for her tenants and the owner as well. I look forward to staying a happy tenant, thanks so much Sally!
