This property is nice for seniors especially given the surrounding area. The units are overpriced for location and for the senior on a fixed low income. The staff here is absolutely horrible. I moved my father into this property one year ago and was recently evicted after his rent was several days late on consecutive months. It was paid however. It appears as though the staff had it out for my father who is a «white» guy and not afraid to express his frustrations of being treated poorly by the staff. Pure and simple… The staff here need training in customer service. You must have forgotten that you work at an apartment complex in the I.E. and not sure why the ridiculous attitude. Adiós Amigos!!!

This place is absolutely the best place for my grandfather. The community is gated, has office staff, maintenance on the grounds, pools, BBQ pits, recreation center and fire stations and police near by just in case of emergencies. Complete step up from the ghetto and fithly place he used to stay at in San Bernardino. He has his own space which means patio, full size bedroom and walk in closet, bathroom with both shower and tub, full size functional kitchen and living room. We as in the family often wonder if he should be in a home due to his age but he loves this place and says all the time he wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
