Servpro of Corona

Had a slab leak and insurance provided the number for SERVPRO. They came out great customer service got me set up with dryers and opened up the drywall with no issues. Used servpro to do the repairs and construction in the areas affected by the water damage. Workmanship was fine however I had to watch the workers very closely. As they repair the drywall, they kept taking short cuts and did not replace the installation had to redo all the work all over again, and very poor work when they weren’t watched however if I kept on them did get a good job. Biggest issue is the disrespect and the lack of courtesy that the workers showed my house. They peed all over the floor, left pubic hairs and pee stains on the toilet rim and skid marks in the crapper and never bother to clean it up or make any attempt to clean up this disgusting mess. They also blew fuses and I had to reset the GFI, but the problem is they never told me and it affected my freezer in the garage. Although I’m happy with the work, I would never recommend them as the lack of courtesy and respect for a person’s house goes farther than craftsmanship

I had a horrible water leakage in my kitchen sink, which damaged my cabinets all the way to the side wall. I called 3 different companies to get a quote. The first company came in and poked a lot of areas in my kitchen and said it would cost me approximately $ 2500 for the drying not including the repair. The second company was not available to come by until around 6−7pm. I called Servpro and within an hour and a half, a representative came by my house, Eddie was very professional, he examined all the areas thoroughly without having to poke anything, the areas he assessed were not as over exaggerated as the other company (the other company’s gadget seemed to beep wherever it pokes). Anyway, back to servpro, Eddie gave me a quote range for the drying work and a separate quote for the estimated repair. He was very honest with his assessment and I felt very comfortable with him explaining all the work they will do to get the issues resolved. If you are a clean freak like me, you would appreciate that they covered my cabinets and appliances with plastic, they put tarp on the floor to not damage my wooden floor. The repair men were very nice and professional. Arturo and his assistants were quick and cleaned everytime they were done. I hope I won’t have a water disaster again, but if I do or any family member, they’re definitely the company to go to.
