Either I’m more picky about food than I was a few years ago, or this place has just gone downhill. It’s okay, but not great food.

If you are a senior or add the salad bar to a meal it is a good deal, but $ 12.99 for salad bar is pricy compared to Sweet Tomatoes, which is fresher and has more choices. I never eat the meat in the bins-scary! The cottage cheese was a giant glob of mortor looking glop! The dressing were all thick and unappetizing! It is next to hotel and fast, it was late last night, but eh, not impressed! The fried shrimp was good, I don’t usually eat that way, but I tried one.

Wasn’t too bad today, but definitely had better at this location. Salad bars usually more fresh, but not today.

Forgot I had a sizzler nearby!!! Food is your usual sizzler awesomeness. Service is friendly and quick(didn’t have to ask for more lemonade once). Prices have definitely changed since the last time I ate at sizzler in LA, but I’m it’s just sign of the times.

I was a little confused when I first walked in, I haven’t been to a Sizzler in many moons !(lol). After finding out that you have to seat yourself I was good. One person stood out to me at this Sizzler and her name is Sylvia M. this young lady is an exceptional waitress! I’ll be eating here again and i’m hoping that the next waiter or waitress is as professional and courteous as Sylvia M. !!! Good job Sylvia!

My wife and I had not eaten at Sizzler in over a year, and tonight we were reminded why we don’t eat there. First of all, the salad bar is up to $ 13.99 per person, so for the two of us with drinks it was $ 34. Then my wife goes up to get some food and notices the chicken wings were dry and cold looking. The soups had no covers so the broccoli cheese soup had that skim on it. After we talked for a minute we realized that it wasn’t worth the money we paid so we asked for our money back and left. Poor quality and overpriced food.

Went here with my Dad when I was in town and loved it. This is a Sizzler? I kept asking myself that because my previous experiences from Sizzler were average at best. We had the steak and lobster combo and it was sensational!!! The potato that came with it was cooked perfectly. My steak was done to perfection and the lobster was just excellent. I’m really really impressed with this Sizzler! Kudos on a job well done. You made my dinner with my Dad a great one.

I hadn’t eaten at this Sizzler for a few months, so I decided to drop in for the Senior Soup & Salad Bar… always a safe and affordable bet. Well…it is still a rock solid choice, BUT… the prices have suddenly gone to the moon for many food items including the $ 12.49 charged for this senior«deal». I’m sorry, but for that price I can go to the nearby Hometown Buffet and get tons of food, salad bar, desserts etc. How do they expect to keep this place filled with an over priced menu(their trio entrée that is $ 14.95 is only $ 11.95 right down the street at Norms!). With these price hikes, I think more and more customers will find more affordable dining alternatives. On the bright side, I LOVE the soups here, particularly the veggie beef. The meatballs are a nifty and tasty bite as well. Excellent selection for the salads/dressings…and the make-your-own taco area is a nice touch. And, let us not forget the best part of this location: Server Angie, who is always friendly and efficient and one of the highlights of most visits. Negative issues with this visit: 1. NO wings, and NO Caesar salad dressing. 2. Removed my favorite chopped hard boiled egss from the salad bar. 3. Male server failed to bring a second empty plate and more napkins until AFTER I had returned from my second trip to the salad bar area. 4. When I returned to my table, the busboy had cleared off my table! WHAT? How about ASKING customers if they are done before just assuming they won’t be coming back. Didn’t the full glass ok Pepsi still at my table give him a clue. Then he put his filthy dirty dish bin right on top of the chair seat so that the next person who sits there will get the filth all over their clothes. Where is the common sense with this worker.

Stockings are hung with care The children sleep with one eye open Now there’s more than toys at stake ’Cause I’m older now but not done hoping at… SIZZLER! — Michael Buble(cold december night) Old memories… I used to eat at Sizzler with my family every once in a while and every time we went I was hoping they had chicken fingers at the salad bar along with my brother :) We came here after a hike and it reminded me of the classic interior when I was young. The salad bar, the taco station, the ice cream dispenser… just like old times. We both ordered the steak with lime shrimp(calorie count was quite low) and it came with rice and vegetables. We enjoyed it very much! Just the perfect amount of food after a workout. Service was super friendly and feels good to eat at a childhood favorite. I give this location two thumbs up!

Very nice sizzler, The staff, especially Dylan, was great and handled my very challenging father-in-law with Grace. It’s a large restaurant and was very clean including the restrooms. The food was very tasty as well,

My husband and I are always questioning each other«where do we eat»…and many times say«when in doubt, you can’t go wrong with Sizzler». Well, we have changed our tune. Stopped here last night around 4:15 pm. Must be a new girl who takes orders… she was a bit ditsy. She did not know how to open a bottle of wine and had to call the manager to help her… lol lol… he wasn’t any better. The manager always has a frown on his face! A smile or kind word would crack it. We ordered one order of ribs with a baked potato as we always split. Baked potato was OLD and stale… terrible. And ribs weren’t something I’d order again. Our server was ok… he must be related to manager because he is not real friendly either. Unfortunately, it will be a LONG while before we come back to this location. Very, very disappointed!

I’ve been a patron for a couple of years since my work is near by. Not expecting much as I’m aware that this is a buffet, but when the waiter doesn’t offer a fresh plate after 25 minutes, I would consider that pretty crappy service. Maybe he was he was too busy clearing tables to notice I have gone to salad bar 3 times using the soup bowl to fill salad items. Sad that they may have lost my patronage because they didn’t offer minimal service. Time to look for a new place for salad…

Not as clean as it used to be. Seems like the staff don’t care anymore about keeping it clean. My fav is the salad bar and Italian dressing! I always get it! My husband always gets the shrimp and steak and salad bar! Food is good and delicious.

This was a fantastic Sizzler. We went in with low standards; however, my mom and I were very impressed with the food, service, and cleanliness. We’ve eaten at Sizzler for decades. The location in Corona is conveniently off the freeway. We were greeted by a friendly manager. We enjoyed our waitress and she was quick to refill our drinks, bring us fresh cheese bread, etc. I always start off with a bowl of clam chowder. It tasted fresh and had plentiful quantities of clams. I enjoy the chicken wings at this location too. The breading was slightly different than the standard Sizzler wings, which is exciting. I enjoyed the visit and recommend it to anyone wanting a fast lunch during the work week.

Hats off to a historic and decent salad bar. They have been in and out of favor since 1958, and somehow managed to survive our most recent economic woes, revived by yet another takeover in 2011. But with so many intriguing choices these days, they could be easily overlooked by folks like me. It took me years to muster up the courage to ask Mr. B to return for lunch here, but I finally did it. It was not just because large salad bars are hard to find, which they actually are in my area, but because there are two things that I cannot find on any other salad bar in this area… carnitas and fried chicken wings. They still served them here, glory be! I am not losing my mind, it is just that those two items made a good impression on me a long time ago, and I still crave them. The carnitas I remembered was slow cooked to a tender state, still in its own rich juices, and seasoned to make any Abuelita happy. I could fill up just on that. The fried chicken wings were meaty, lightly seasoned and battered to a Southern goodness, and are just as good as the wingy thingy fast food places that charge an arm and a leg.(An arm and a leg in exchange for a wing? That’s funny.) They were just like I remembered them. To balance my cravings, a well built salad, refilled as many times as you wish, made this a decent meal. There are fresh greens, large selection of veggie, meat, and cheese toppings, fresh and canned fruits, and chilled selections of familiar pre-made salads. There are a multitude of dressings and they are good. This is a respectable salad bar that I have a hard time finding a reason to complain about. They also have about 4 choices of soup that appear to be made on site, and also hot pasta and taco makings. I wouldn’t know of their goodness, I was too busy chowing down on my carnitas and wings. And the cheese bread… bad for you, yet still good. While they offer some desserts on the salad bar, they are not worth bragging about. For the ice cream enthusiasts, there is a soft serve machine(vanilla and/or chocolate) with a small selection of uninspired sweet toppings that will enable you to experience the scraping of your kid off the ceiling. I created my own little monstrosity by starting with vanilla soft serve, adding fresh pineapple, some chocolate pudding, and what they called a strawberry shortcake in a shot glass. Damn, forgot the Oreo cookie crumbles. Ah well. Not bad. Not ground shaking. Fed that sweet tooth adequately. Our server took great care of us, refilling our water glasses, picking up our used plates and replacing them with clean ones. He was just as attentive as he needed to be for a self serve meal. And for my final observation, at 2:00 in the afternoon, the kitchen was doing a great job of restocking even though it was after the traditional lunch hour. Lunch prices last until 4:00 pm(AYCE salad bar is $ 9.99). I am beholding to this salad bar. Thanks Sizzler for a great come back!
