Subway

Rude as hell around 10:10 didn’t bother to ask what I wanted on my sandwich and just was rushing me. It’s opened 24 hours for a reason why do I have to be treated like that and add on to that there was one person behind us, so please don’t rush. Also No soap in the restroom, that’s not ok! I couldn’t eat there so I left.

Terrible Service. They always have new employees they dont know what there doing. Do not come here.

I am really surprised this place doesn’t have a better rating. My husband and I love it here!!! Best subway in corona, we go here a lot and never have a bad experience. The bread is always stocked and fresh, veggies taste fresh, the serving amount is always balanced and the employees are always friendly. Thank you for such good service!

Terrible service. Came here on 1÷3÷2016 around 11:00pm i order 3 subways. The service was rude. The girl was moody. And to make it worst one of my subway was all sloopy the mayo, the mustard was all out of the sandwich, and also i asked for avocado on all sandwiches they just said we are out of avocado when on the back of the fridge it said to use avocado on the fridge. The girl just didnt wanna go get any and i guess she found it easier to just say they are out of it. This place, and other places need better customer service, and not just that but friendly workers that wont ruin the meal for customers.

Well I got there 12÷8÷15.1815 this guy is making sandwiches for about 4 customers in front of me. All these people paid with a debit card he didn’t ask anyone of these people for Id as I pull my debit card he asked me for I’d I was cough of guard. But kindly showed my Id. Way to show your racism :) guys like that should not be working at a place like that threw the sandwich away thinking about one of his beard has falling on the sandwich

I went in to this subway expected the same quality service I see at every other subway, it wasn’t. I left and will not be coming back

Very poor service. Manager is definitely not there for customer satisfaction.
I went there today 8÷29÷2014. And received terrible service from my subs being made with about 60% less of the products used right down to the manager not accepting advertised coupons.
Robert & Amber worked the counter & I had to ask to add this or that.
Very disappointed. I most likely will NOT RETURN.

Avocado -$ 1.50 no bueno, everything is going up, im glad the prices havent change on the sandwiches yet and a pork subway aint healthy.

Ok let me start off by saying I have always loved subway but after this experience I have not been back to a subway in a while.
I went there the other day to get my lunch and there was a lady and a man behind the counter. The man started to make my sand which (very nice) I think his name was Robert. He was very friendly and nice but then the other lady came up to help she was very rude, rushing, and just seemed plain annoyed that she had to help me. I would tell her I would want a little extra olives and she would just throw them on there and huff after and ask IS THAT IT! Iwas so appaled I thought subway was suppose to be a friendly place to go and get a nice sand which but after that I felt like I was just a pain. The ladys name was Cynthia I made sure to get her name so I could complain. When I was checking out she was over by the veggies yelling at another employee that didn’t fill the veggies fast enough. when I left I just couldn’t help but call to complain. I called to speak to the manager and when she got on the phone it was the same girl that helped me!!! I could not believe a manager would be so rude the way she was. For that experience I will never be back to that subway I rather drive the extra miles to get better service

I went there today with my boyfriend and got two sandwiches. It was delicious and the employee that served us was nice and polite… I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER

Good customer service and they always have all the ingredients I want. Can never go wrong with the Turkey Breast or Spicy Italian.

With a national fast food chain it’s not so much about the ambiance and cool environment — –when you get down to brass tacks it’s the quality of the food (relative to the other thousands of of locations elsewhere), the cleanliness of the facility and the speed/​quality of service.
Food for this Subway was on par with every other non truck stop Subway. Check.
Cleanliness was not great. The joint wasn’t filthy, but I’d be concerned especially since our visit was very early into the lunch rush — wouldn’t want to dine in on the back end of the lunch rush given what we saw.
Service was poor. Two gals and a dude were behind the counter. One knew her stuff, the other gal was concentrating really hard on how to cut the bread and the dude was focused entirely on the soup. They were simply understaffed with experienced people. For a place emphasizing «FAST» this just kills it. Took about 15 minutes to get our food… not a killer, but again relative to the norm it felt like forever.

this subway is just ½ mile from my house so i stop here a lot. I can feed the whole family for less than $ 20.00. Great service and sandwich selection is always a welcome alternative.

nice $ 5 sandwich. I stick to whatever is on the $ 5 menu. thats it. Avocado is ridiculously marked up. other than that it does the job.

Rudest employees ever, but the food is decent.

This location never honors the current advertised specials. Like the $ 5 footlongs, insead of offering the entire menu like every other subway in the area, they decide to only make 4 available at that price. stinks like false advertisement to me

Pretty standard Subway. Ive been able to speak with the owner who seems nice and actually cares about her customers’ opinions. I love the 2.50 breakfast combo and suggest you try this healthier version of what McDonalds attempts to call breakfast. Any sub except meatball is great (my opinion) and I like the seating area. The only downside is the horrible parking lot construction can make it difficult to run in and run out.

Subway is the only fast food I eat. And this subway is good in all way. They have nice subs and very polite. Enough parking for everyone.
