If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! Every time I’ve come to this T-Mobile for help they screw me over worse! The first time when I switched over they never put into the system that I gave in my old sprint phone so sprint never got paid off the way T-Mobile says that they do. The second time I went to change my plan and not only did I get charged for two plans in one month he also forgot to add data so I had no internet for 3 days! Now I got a new phone and instead of adding my number to it they add the number of the other number on my plan! These people are a serious mess and it seems like they’re manager is the babysitter. Don’t waste your time.

I had an awful experience at this location a couple of years ago. They are only looking to collect commission and upgrade your plan. My family and I are on a grandfather plan, and the person we spoke to told us that the only thing we could do to fix the issue I had was to update the plan. After about fifteen minutes of discussion, we decided to take our business to another location and they gladly fixed the issue without bugging us about changing our plan.

If stars were poop signs they would get infinite poop signs. Their service is the embodiment of every imaginable existence of BADSERVICE. They are the champions of sucking that sucked and forever will be a legendary icon of sucking. They should be the barometer of all sucking. Everything that sucks that wants to suck should aspire one day to suck as much as they do.

to highlight how good this store was to me, lemme talk about my bad experience at the t-mobile store in tribeca first. i went there to get a new phone, the sales associate asked if i wanted to back-up data, i said no. he didn’t offer to help me set-up the phone or even tell me about their trade-in program(it must be done at the point of sale). anyway, while feeling kinda rushed, i was still very excited to go home with the new phone. when i got home and tried charging my phone, it’s DOA. i tried using the original charger/old charger from the same brand, charging by PC, taking batteries out and restarting, none of it worked. so sad! i brought it back to this store and the store manager greeted me, listened to my problem and a different sales associate helped me exchange the phone. i also asked about their trade-in program, while the prices are better than what game stop offers, it’s still very low(almost reminded me of the days of selling my college textbooks, you paid top dollars to buy it and they buy it back from you dirt cheap. lol.) the SA got a new phone and powered the phone on. this phone works! yay. it was a smooth transaction and i’m very happy they made it right.

If we step inside your store it’s because we are customers or potential customers! Do NOT ignore us and start texting on your BB or SideKick! The people on 611 are so much nicer and provide great service, its unfortunate that they don’t hire those people for instore service.
