I have had this experience probably 7 times in the past 3 years, but finally decided to try to get the attention of management to change it. GOODS: The food is very tasty and the view is incredible. I’ve never had a meal here I didn’t like. They have 5 beers on tap if you like that. The view of the mountain landscape is so gorgeous. It ALMOST makes the fact that the service is so terrible worth it. It is clear that someone with restaurant experience is absent from management. BADS: We waited for over 5 minutes to be greeted. Had to get up twice to get menus. They were severely under staffed for a Sunday brunch. We waited 10 minutes for chips and salsa. I know they didn’t make the salsa fresh so I can’t believe that was anything other than a lack of training for their wait staff on prioritization. The wait staff are friendly but just aren’t equipped to handle a Sunday lunch rush. Enjoy your 3 hour lunch. The view is amazing and so is the food.

Pretty bad service at the bar. Out of the Coors light keg and I’m watching a wedding. Beautiful wedding but I feel bad for their guest.

My wife and I eat breakfast at the golf clubhouse regularly and we LOVE it. The view is incredible, the staff is nice, and the food is pretty decent.

I’ve lived a block from the golf course for almost a year and never thought to eat at The Grille. Husband suggested walking over to try them for breakfast. We had a wonderful breakfast on the balcony taking in the phenomenal view. Our server Natalie was a sweetheart, very friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu is limited but had a good enough variety. The lunch and dinner menus are more extensive and we will definitely be back to try them out.

The Grille and Eagle Glen Golf Club. I had the most amazing patty melt with sweet potato fries on the porch overlooking the golf course. Wow. Who knew Corona wasn’t a dry desert blob? I thought I was in North Bay(SF), except for the million dollar homes being developed on the ridge to the east. So the food — The burger was hand formed and huge. Sweet potato fries crispy and delicious. It was a late lunch, so I ended up with a toasted right arm, but it was more than worth it for the view. Green mountains with the golf course in the alluvial plain. Wisps of clouds coming over the green mountains. Bunnies and squirrels and ducks playing on the putting green. Tiny, tiny golfers in golfing hats puttering around on electric carts.
