This place is a total cheat. The self-​proclaimed Dr. Anne [Director of Tutorwhiz] will get you with a low price contract and they require a 15-​day advance payment for the upcoming month/​tuition. I got stuck with them for 3 months and paid an advance for the November tuition. Even though I was out of a contract, they refused to refund my November tuition when I decided to cancel because the tutor was not competent to teach my child. I had a valid reason to cancel because he was taught the wrong method to solve math problems not once but twice, which I came to find out from his schoolteacher. He ended up getting an «F» grade because all his work was wrong. I decided to bring this up to management when this happened the second time. When I told Anne about this via phone, she cut me off and told me to write to her in an email format and send my concerns. She replied my email stating that she would take care of this and assured me that they will assign him a tutor that knows it all. That was the only thing I heard from her which to date has not happened. The person that was teaching him seems to have quit his job, as he has not been there for days. Once I left Anne a voicemail followed by email asking for a refund for the November tuition, she basically did not want to deal with me anymore. She instead had the office manager call me in couple days to read me their policy. Talk about customer service! She is simply horrible! Bottom line, I did not get my refund after numerous tries. After writing several emails to Anne, she responded implying that it was a shame I was crying over one session asking for a refund when they provided months of great tuition. This lady is so horrible and full of herself. My child showed no improvement in any subject attending there for 3 months. There is more to this story then what I am posting here. I can literally write a book on her and her horrible customer service. If you believe this is not true, you go try taking your child for tuition. This Tutorwhiz should not be in this great city of Eastvale.
Now, I am waiting for them to post a reply here to refute my statement. Bunch of Cheaters and Lairs!
