Friendly staff, Delicious yogurt and many choices for toppings. My entire family loved vanilla custard… our favorite! We were introduced to this place from our soccer teams fundraiser and we’re definitely coming back!

I enjoy coming here, everytime I come in I’m greeted with great customer service. I enjoy that they have boba and other great drink options. The yogurt flavors are so good too. Cookies and cream with vanilla custard is my fave!

I only come here for cookies and cream, occasionally their pineapple and berry sorbets. Wish they had a better variety and I miss their birthday cake frozen yogurt. Friendly workers.

HORRIBLE. I took my daughter here to celebrate a good note from school. I walked in and it was like 78 degrees inside. There were gnats flying everywhere in the place. We filled our cups with the yogurt and when I went to add toppings saw that they were a haven for the gnats. The toppings are in little enclosed containers that you open, and when you reopen the lid like 20 gnats would fly out and in your face, around you food, it was the most disgusting conditions I’ve ever seen in a food establishment. I told the girl at the counter that all of the toppings were covered in little flies and she said«thank you, I would rather you tell me than not.» And then goes to ring us up, I decided against keeping the food we had and handed her her the cups and said never mind, it’s too gross I can’t eat this. I said sorry repeatedly(don’t know why I was apologizing for their gross bug infestation, but I didn’t want to be rude because I refused to eat there) I told my daughter we would go to Yogurtland up the street. The employee’s response? «Ok well if you go up the street you’re going to pay way more for what you just got here, this will cost you $ 10 over there.» Only she didn’t have an attitude of trying to help, she had a total chip on her shoulder and was extremely rude and off putting. I told her I would rather pay a little more for food that doesn’t have swarms of bugs in it. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, about 4’11 and she needs an attitude check. How dare you cop attitude to me AND my child because I chose not to eat there after seeing the bugs swarming in the food! I will NEVER ever ever visit this establishment again.

My sister and I love this place! It has great flavor options and so many topping choices. The fruit is always fresh and delicious and the staff are always friendly. Plus Yogurtlicious is just fun to say :)

I thought this would taste similar to Tutti Fruitti, sadly it was not. I believe I got mango and it had a weird after taste. Definitely an artificial taste of some sort. I will not return.

This was the first time I tried their yogurt and I can tell you that theirs is the best tasting self-serve yogurt by far. And to top it off, you won’t be disappointed with their fresh fruits either. Try the vanilla custard because you won’t find it anywhere else. In fact as I’m writing this review, I am craving for it already.

Not impressed at all, especially with the atmosphere of the place. Not welcoming or cheerful. I’d rather drive further for yogurt land

This place has new owners now. They really upped the price of they’re product. What would normally cost under $ 9 for 2 small cups of yogurt. With a reasonable amount of toppings. Has became almost $ 20. It seems to me that the new Owners are trying to get they’re investment fast. Or just trying to get rich quick. Lol. Anyways. There are better quality places around here for considerably cheaper. I will never go back here again.

Solid yogurt selection. They have my favorite toppings out of any other froyo place in the area so that keeps me coming back. Nice local business with good yogurt and reasonable prices!

This place isn’t that great, very bland and just nothing special really. It’s like a Yogurt land imitation but the yogurt flavors aren’t anything great and the boba I received was nasty. The boba in my cup was clearly old and stale, none was coming up into the straw and it looked murky and tasted off. My lychee slush was mainly ice and I would have to wait for the ice to melt to drink anything. My friends Thai tea was not good at all, tasted very off, how do you mess up Thai tea? Anyways I wouldn’t be back even though my friend treated me to the drink. Which says something.

Bad consistency and the staff there was rude. Thankfully Yogurtland isnt that far from this place and closes at 12am, The staffs attitude is also important in business!

I’m a sucker for mom and pop type places and I love supporting them. I also love frozen yogurt so it’s a win-win for both parties right? I used to come here with my friend back in 2008 and our picture was actually posted on the wall, but I’m not sure if it’s still there since I know that the business changed owners. I haven’t been back in awhile and I recently walked here with my cousin because we were too lazy to drive to Pinkberry. I was quite disappointed with the quality of the yogurt as well as service. THEDETAILS: Located on the corner of Hamner and Schleisman in the same little lot as 7 Eleven, Pizza Nora, and taco place. The décor is very simple and plain. The machines were clean when I came. There were two high school looking kids working and they were very stuck up. They didn’t greet us and when it came to paying, they just took the money and gave us a spoon, and that’s it. There were 10 different flavors to choose from and plenty of toppings. THETREAT: I’m a very simple girl: If there’s cookies and cream, I’ll get it. As expected there was cookies and cream and I got that with some strawberries and almonds as toppings. The yogurt had the cookies and cream flavor but it tasted really artificial. It was also very runny and melted too quickly. I was not impressed. THEEND? I’m actually really disappointed in Yogurt-licious. It used to be a family owned place that was very nice and loved their customers. Now, there’s little stuck up teeny boppers that work here and think they all that. I’d rather drive a little to get some quality yogurt + service.

Good prices but their service is awful, and the staff does not dress professionally and are on their cell phones constantly. Yogurt taste OK as well nothing to rave about. Hardly ever do they have new flavors. Tables aren’t the cleanest either.

The yogurt is average and they have a variety of toppings. The fruit always looks so mushy and gross. The syrup toppings seem to always be running out. When I asked the girl if she could bring out another bottle of caramel, she went to the back for about 15 minutes only to return with the same bottle that had little to nothing in it and seemed to be annoyed with me. Aside from the yogurt itself, the customer service is absolutely horrid. No one ever welcomes you into the store. The employees are always texting or on Facebook. I get that the ambiance is very«chill» but that doesn’t give the employees any reason to put the customers on hold just so that they can finish up a text, after all, it is their job and they’re representing the owners. I go into this shop with my little sister, and for that very reason I’ve always been respectful to the employees despite the fact that they always seem to give her attitude. Owners: Hire new employees, not the misfits representing you.

Good yogurt & topping selection. Minus 2 stars for customer service. Owner seems annoyed all the time, especially when you present her with a coupon lol. Not especially friendly, in my opinion. Nice for a quick stop with the kids, don’t expect too much customer service outside of «any sample cups?» and«thank you» after you pay. I prefer YOGURTLAND, mainly because the girls are friendly and always have a good attitude. Customer Service is key!

Sucks that I have to give a bad review, but I have to. Times have changed. This place was gold when it first opened. Now it just looks beaten down. I like that they have a huge assortment of toppings. I don’t like that some of it seems old or expired. And I definitely don’t like how the staff is. I’m probably not going to ever return. Not even slightly concerned for the customer. May as well have robots. The guy was on his phone the entire time I was there and the girl was sitting down talking to her friends. I didn’t feel welcome. I was about to turn around and go somewhere else. But I figured it would suffice for the moment. Sorry friends but that greatness about your company no longer exists in my eyes.

Your typical self-serve yogurt place. Definitely not as flashy and modern like the yogurt places in the OC though. PROS –Good variety of toppings –Have a rewards stamp card –Nice workers that will give you a cap for your yogurt and ice in a bag if you want to take it to-go –Covered containers for certain toppings CONS –Yogurt flavors are good but nothing amazing: I usually just get cheesecake and sometimes peanut butter –Yogurt has gotten a little runny on me when I pulled the bar before –Have to reach minimum amount to use credit card($ 2.00 I think)
