Do not order a sandwich from there and expect to get it in less than 30 mins. They are horrible. You must call in or it will take you an hour

I absolutely love this place and the deli food/sandwiches! I have on gripe and it’s a big one. While their sandwiches are amazing, the deli staff is horrible! Most of them are on the young side and have a nonchalant, ‘couldn’t care less about their job or the customer’ attitude. They seem annoyed and inconvenienced when a customer would like to place an order and then take 4x as long as necessary to make the sandwich. Sloooowwww! They could easily fix this problem with more thoughtful hiring and more consistent oversight and management. I hope they do because I really love the food but will likely stop going there if this issue isn’t dealt with.

Steaks are terrible, tougher than a five dollar Walmart special. Pay less and go to sprouts.

Bayside market is the best place for a sandwich cold or hot panini .the(Baja) is my favorite & Smoothies and fresh homemade soup,(turkey chili) my favorite and salads. Fresh muffins, best cheese selection.(hum bolt fog) my favorite And then the cookie selection homemade daily. My favorite is the flax seed. They got roasted chickens and ribs daily. If you want to BBQ the meat department has marinated Tri Tip that is tasty also known as Dank… Get some food here walk to the bay one block away and eat on the bay!

A great market right in Coronado. A bit higher end than your average supermarket. Beautiful produce and a nice beer and wine selection. Some what on the small side but the deli is wonderful. A great fresh made sandwich selection with prices from $ 5 — $ 8. Fast and friendly staff. Gets a bit crowded over lunch but most things do on the island.

Every time I come down here for work I get most of my groceries from this market. The people are very helpful, they have a good selection of local beers and wine. The Deli is Amazing! Sometimes it is a long wait, but it is worth it.

Boney’s is a great little market within walking distance of my daughter’s place so I’ve popped in here a few times for various items. Their ready to go food selections near the deli is good! The spinach dip is quite delicious when paired with the restaurant style tortilla chips in the dry goods area. For a small market their wine selection is pretty good. All in all Boney’s is what you would expect from a mini Whole Foods type market. It’s a bit pricy but typically the items are delicious and of good quality. The staff is sometimes hit or miss. Typically they’re very friendly but I’ve been served by a couple staff members who acted like they had better things to be doing. Oh well. It’s still a cute shop that’s easily accessible.

This is a small cute upscale market on Coronado — it’s pretty much exactly what you would expect for Coronado, really. Despite there being only two cashiers, I have never seen a line more than 2 people and the parking lot provides immediate access to the store — something that’s a bit of a luxury on Orange Ave. The best part of this store for me is their deli which makes fantastic sandwiches and stocks some great pre made items too like quinoa and edamame«salad.» They have a decent selection of local beers(made literally across the street in some cases) and sodas as well. Enjoy Boney’s next time you do lunch on the island!

This is a nice small grocery store in Coronado. They have a small deli when you walk in that you can order sandwiches from. During lunch time the wait for a sandwich is about 10+ minutes. I ordered their Ruben sandwich and it was pretty tasty! A little heavy on the sauerkraut but there was a good mixture of meat so that helped balance it out. The sandwich was extremely tasty and next time I am in the area I would come back again!

Great selection of natural and organic produce and groceries at a reasonable price. Stopped here on my way back to the ferry from Hotel Del and stocked up.

Boney’s use to be all around town, but this location was re-established in 2004 by Deborah Boney to continue the family tradition of a down to earth community market with great products and service. I came in looking for a number of items including avocados, sweet potatoes, Yukon Gold potatoes, and some nutty trail mix. I was very pleased because not only did I find all of the above, but some Boulder bakes sweet potato fries as well on sale for $ 2.99. The avocados too were on sale for .57 a piece, the Yukon Gold potatoes as well for .77 lbs., and the sweet potatoes were at their regular price at $ 1.29 lbs, which was still competitive. They had a variety of trail mixes in small plastic containers. I found one that was all nuts, seeds, and raisins which was exactly what I was looking for. At $ 4.49 for a pound, the trail mix was quite reasonable and came in 16 oz container. The store was well kept and quite busy as it’s a busy neighborhood market. The young lady at the register was friendly and a had a good sense of humor. I very happy to see that this family run market is doing well amongst a sea of giants. Check out their weekly specials on their web site!

This place is the greatest, a bit pricey but for what it has to offer well worth it. My only qualm is that the first time I came here to buy essential oils I was charged $ 55 for lavender, I thought oh my gosh, I can never afford these. I came back a few months later to buy different oils to stock myself up and realized there had been a glitch in the system. The lavender could only have been $ 20TOPS if I bought more than one. I didn’t ask for my money back, I had no proof that it had ever happened. But I mentally noted the issues. Doesn’t stop me from going there though, I just check my receipts as I leave from now on.

This store reminds me a lot of a Fresh and Easy and Organic Roots mixed together… a lot of organic and healthy options, but definitely on the pricier side for some items. We ordered a few Black and Blue burgers and some Pollo Asado from their meat department that an employee recommended, and they were both pretty good! If I can remember correctly, they had quite a bit of wine options, but nothing generic-ish like Tequila, Vodka, etc… which was fine because we just went across the street to the liquor store and purchased it there. If I ever need to come by and get something to eat for lunch/dinner, I’ll make sure to stop here.

Such a cute place!!! You HAVE to try the sandwiches at the deli!!! The«island Baja» is BYFAR the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I get it every Tuesday and Thursday and has yet to get old. It has salsalito turkey, pepper jack cheese, avocado, chipotle, tomato all on foccocia bread then I substitute the cucumber and sprouts for lettuce and pickles. HIGHLYRECOMMEND. The dill pickles really compliment the spiciness. Katie is the deli manager and is super sweet.

It’s become somewhat of a tradition to eat here atleast twice a week. And I’ve tried many things on the menu and so far, it does not disappoint! Everything on the menu is under $ 10 and the sandwiches are huge! Definitely going to miss this place when I leave!

Talk about service! This deli was slammed and when I made a request for a vegan sandwich — I bought the tofurkey and stuff in the store first — these ladies TOTALLY hooked me up. The sandwich was so big that I shared it with a co-worker and we were both pretty satisfied. Lots of great options for groceries & beer to bring back to the hotel, wide variety of deli items and super fast service at the cash register and deli. Boney’s also has a totally fantastic selection of chocolate — organic and vegan chocolate. Great spot!

Used the Monocole function on my phone to see this place. Just Kidding, we made an accidental detour to Coronado Island and saw a good amount of people outside. Then I checked the place on Unilocal and it was a Unilocal matchmade in heaven! Lots of service personnel in Jumpsuits, so you know it has to be good! HUGE portions on their sandwiches. I loooooved the Reuben. The Coronado club was huge and I was forced to finish the rest of that sandwich. Lots of meat and everything in between. They also have a good cheese selection in which I found some spicy cheeses(habanero jack) which I cant find anywhere else.
