Seem competent but they live in the 70’s.
They do not accept DocuSign (even when there is no mortgage lender) which is inconsistent with every other real estate transaction I have done in California in the past several years.
To email the closing package for signature, they printed it and then scanned it, with a big scanner line down the front, instead of assembling a PDF.
Sending faxes and fedexing documents is not how business is done in 2015.
I will never use them again and strongly suggest others go to one of the big firms that uses electronic technology to make sure you have a secure and binding escrow.

I’ve used Crown City both as a seller myself and as a realtor representing buyers and sellers. I think Crown City is the best in the business. I highly recommend them.
Their rates are the same as everyone else, and their service/​communication level is much, much better.

I am a REALTOR in Coronado and just closed an escrow today with Crown City Escrow Services. Cindy English is extremely professional and well versed in the escrow business. I try my best to use Crown City Escrow exclusively because I’ve never had a dissatisfied buyer or seller. If fact, a previous seller was quite ill, so Cindy sent one of her escrow officers to my clients home (not in Coronado) to help her with the daunting paperwork. I love that Cindy keeps the transaction on task and all parties engaged. On occasion I’ve been forced to use other escrow companies and I am continuously disappointed in the lack of customer service. Thank you Cindy! I am a loyal customer.
