Thank you Don for listening to my «orange brassy hair» woes. I have gone to many salons (time and money.) in hopes of correcting my hair, but have to say that Don actually took the time to get it right (without a temper tantrum… yup. true story in past salon in town). It is a bit darker than I prefer, but in order to get rid of the brassy tones, this is what needed to be done. Fantastic job and great conversation. Thank you!!!

I went to Don after having a horrible haircut at another salon. He completely rehabilitated my hair. He takes his time… no rush job here and his cut was so easy to maintain. His salon is lovely… the shampoo bowls are the most comfortable I have ever stuck my head in. He also uses a suds less shampoo and a brush to wash the hair… a process that is so completely relaxing. I’m a happy woman.

Don did a amazing job on my hair!!! I went somewhere else and did not like the way she cut my hair. When I looked at the reviews (should have done this first) I decided to come to him. I am very happy I did. We come here for three months and believe me I will be back here when we come back. Thank you Don, you are the best.

I first came to his salon because one of my colleagues came to work with not amazing hair, but an amazing look. He transformed her. I was all in! I went to him for three years very pleased. I stupidly one night decided to get my hair done by a «professional» friend. Ugh. I paid $ 5o less and wore hats and pony tails until I could get it fixed. Today, I came back. He fixed it. I no longer have orange roots. He was even able to bring me back to my natural color which I’ve for the last decade was told wasn’t even possible. Very happy!!!

Don has been cutting my hair since I first moved to San Diego about three and a half years ago. He is very meticulous about his work, as am I about my hair which I why I haven’t gone to anyone else since. He does a fantastic job and is a very personable person. Unfortunately I have to move to out of the area so I will have to find another person to fill his shoes. I will not only be missing out on a great haircut but a great person to talk to. He has so many stories! I have enjoyed our many talks, my friend. I’ll be in touch!

My daughter is 12 years old and I have been looking for something to do with her hair. As a biracial child nothing seemed to work. Don did an amazing job not only on her hair but mine also. You don’t know what you are missing until you try him.

After 5 attempts by other hairstylists, Don got it right. My hair looks so beautiful. I wish I knew of Don before my failed attempts all over town trying to get my hair highlighted after using henna. Thank you Don!
I highly recommend Don, he listens to what you want and works on your hair until its perfect!
