They close at 8, dont be late they cut the lights off on you. And they come on the intercom «We are closed please exit the store now»
Also allowing bums to beg for change inside your store is pretty crappy.
It also wouldn’t take 10 minutes of your managers time to have an employee or manager himself clean the front area/parking lot from all the trash and diapers. Dirty Hobby Lobby, bums, and rude service. I also had an item picked out and she said how much was it and I told her and she goes I have to check. But nobody came so she said you can get it next time and I’ll give you a discount. What a sales pitch! Thanks Hobby Lobby, CLEAN UP YOUR ACT.

I love the variety and when I can’t find someone I can always locate a helpful employee. i love the sales and coupons. It’s one of my favorite stores to buy Christmas decorations, frames, craft supplies and cards.

Customer service is terrible at this store. They refuse any return if the item isn’t able to be resold. This is completely different than the online version of in store refund policies. Their products are dollar store quality priced to high. I will never shop there again and I believe all of Texas should ban them as other states have!
